And I'd also guess that the person who wrote it is no longer with us.

My condolences. :-)
Why would an old woman in Alabama seek out an attorney in California instead of the state she is from? And then hold a press conference in New York? Who is paying for this?
She probably didn’t seek out an attorney. Allred most likely sent someone to Alabama offering big paydays to women who could make up the best fantasies.
I did a search and found this: Talk 99.5 - Birmingham. I'm listening to this morning's show podcast, Matt & Aunie, and they're discussing Roy Moore.
I said last week when this broke and McConnell jumped in immediately and the GOPe piled on, that this may be our Fort Sumter moment.
The beltway has removed any doubt that Congress is one Uniparty determined to deconstruct our Sacred Republic.

Well, she wouldn’t be lying if the signature was photo-transferred there from an actual legal document signed by Judge Moore. The fact that the “D.A” on the page is now being discussed as the initials of his assistant who initialed his legal documents might indicate the method of forgery.
I didn't attend my first divorce. My attorney represented me. At that time I was landing in Thailand to meat ex #2.
I didn't go to my 2nd divorce. I'd signed the papers as not contesting it. I didn't even hire an attorney. There were no children or assists to fight over.
I did go to my 3rd divorce. I hired a service to type up the required paperwork. Again no attorney. All I had to do was swear that she had been served by certified mail and present the postal receipt. Since she wasn't there, it was not contested. I don't recall the judge's name. I'd not know him if he knocked on my door.
One thing nobody has discussed yet is the Article V implications.
Article V says "...and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate."
We cannot have a Senate that refuses to seat a legitimately elected Senator from a state simply because they don't like that Senator. That denies the state its equal suffrage for the period of time it takes the people to replace the Senator. Continuous rejections until the people select an acceptable person to the existing Senators is unconstitutional.

That was abundantly clear when they provided no opposition to 8 years of Obama’s wholesale treason and lawlessness. They allowed and funded it all.
They’ll go to all out war against Trump & Moore...That tells me everything I need to know. I have the tar, can you order bulk feathers from Amazon?
One thing I am getting from all of this is just how far the swamp can go to create evidence and accusations to get rid of someone they are terrified will expose them. Moore won’t play there game, but expose them. They have to get rid of him. This includes Democrats and many Republicans alike.
I think this has been the final straw. We need a new political party to represent real,normal, patriotic Americans. Maybe the Patriot party? There is absolutely NOTHING worth salvaging from the republican/uniparty. The two faced turning of Cruz and Lee agaist Moore right out of the box convinced me there are just no honorable people left , at least at the federal level.
This is the main guy leading the charge against him.
