My conjecture is that we are at Defcon 1 or 2 as a result of picking up intel that Norklandia is going forward with their plant to nuke a vast expanse of Ocean.
Or something very similar.
And if that happens, US forces will STRIKE Norklandia.

I think it's safe to say that the U.S. will not be conducting any substantial military action against North Korea while the president is traveling around Asia.
If you see headlines reporting that he's cut his trip short, then all bets are off!

DFECON 2: Everybody in the USA and the World would know about it. There is no way to hide DEFCON 2.
