If he gets bail he’ll be gone. Austin won’t honor the ICE request ...

Well, you and I can say illegal alien, but the Ministry of Propaganda certainly can’t.
That does not support the agenda.
Everything they broadcast must support the agenda.
Talking us into amnesty for illegals and talking us out of our country is the agenda.

The feds should start offering bounties on illegal aliens released by sanctuary cities. Fewer would get to Mexico. Texas has to still have some bounty hunters.

Records show that Martinez has one prior criminal charge in the United States. He pleaded guilty in 2016 to assaulting a public servant in Travis County. It was not immediately clear what his immigration status was at that time or whether ICE was involved in that criminal proceeding.
Translation:
This loser was an illegal, committed a serious crime and the Travis County Thugs did nothing because of his protected status.
Now a 7 year old girl will suffer the rest of her life because of them. Way to go, Travis County lefty idiot morons.

Assault? Sounds more like attempted murder to me.

So, will Julie Roginsky, Richard Blumenthal and other prominent libs make this Hispanic genetic defective’s rampage a cause celebre for gun control, or does that only apply to White genetic defectives that shoot up churches and concerts?

Austin is a sanctuary city and the woman Sheriff, dubbed Sanctuary Sally Hernandez is probably looking for reasons to either explain releasing him in spite of the ICE request or explaining why she doesn’t release him to her liberal supporters.
The only problem is that million dollar bail which probably makes the issue moot. But I’d really like to see some conservative billionaire post his bond to make the point.
