RICHMOND — The man who rallied Southwest Virginia to vote for Donald Trump last year quit Republican Ed Gillespie’s gubernatorial campaign this week, offended by a personal snub and exasperated by the campaign’s highly cautious stance toward the president, according to three Republicans familiar with his decision.

Exactly. There is no reason to punish ourselves with the damage a bad governor will do just because the Republican doesn’t pass a 100% purity test. GW Bush was had his faults, but he was far better than AlGore or John Kerry.
Northam is a GUN GRABBER. That makes it an easy vote for Gillespie in this particular contest.
The state needs to be split. Northern VA. is the overflow of swamp.

It’s tough living in this country tight now. My father, who lived from 1918-2003, wasn’t well educated but blessed with common sense. Well, most of the time. As he approached the end, he told me the Eisenhower years were the best ever. Everyone who wanted to work had a job, things were cheap, a high school education secured you lifetime employment with benefits, a nice house, two cars, no debt, and enough money to put your kids through college.
If that ain’t heaven, what is ?
