HARTFORD, Conn. -- Connecticut lawmakers are considering whether the state should become the first in the country to allow police to use drones outfitted with deadly weapons, a proposal immediately met with concern by civil rights and civil liberties advocates.
The bill would ban the use of weaponized drones, but exempt police. Details on how law enforcement could use drones with weapons would be spelled out in rules to be developed by the state Police Officer Standards and Training Council. Officers also would have to receive training before being allowed to use drones with weapons.

North Dakota is the only state that allows police to use weaponized drones, but limits the use to less lethal weapons, including stun guns, rubber bullets and tear gas.
Five states - Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Vermont and Wisconsin - prohibit anyone from using a weaponized drone, while Maine and Virginia ban police from using armed drones, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Several other states have restricted drone use in general.

Hey, it’s your theory, man. I’m not trying to talk you out of it.
An interesting assertion, which I’ve seen also on other threads.
I am very interested in this, and would appreciate a link or links to the source.
Digging, read it here, may have gotten snookered, wouldn’t be the first time...
Still open to the possibility.
Please add me to you Nut Job (ping) list!
Thank you!
To my mind the most significant objection to it is not the visual evidence, but the acoustic evidence.
The two single shots at the end are only recorded on two videos I have seen, the Bus Stop Video and the Raymond Page Raw Video. That has suggested to many that the last two shots were from inside.
I’m not saying it definitely happened that way, but I am tossing it out for discussion as to whether it is possible, given that it would explain some anomalies.
You have to threaten to report me to the Mods if I don’t.
It’s sort of a right of passage...
A retired cop sent me the photo of Paddock lying on the hotel room dead, he got it from a retired LV homocide detective and no I am not going to send it to anyone else. I’m no forensic expert but from the photo he either swallowed a gun or someone shot him right in the pie-hole.
Occam’s razor says he blew his brains out.
Okay, but in the 60 Minutes interview of the four cops that rushed the room and found Paddock dead, one of the cops said that Paddock had no obvious head wound, but a lot of blood had flowed out of his mouth.
None of the three other cops spoke up to disagree.
I guess he missed his brain, or else somebody is lying...
TUCBROTD
I mean, right out in *public*, too.
And just what sized stone are you anticipating?
Geezers you folks have gone so nuts I you are beginning to make Jones look sane
Swat that thing
A bullet in the brain would usually be characterized as a defect, rather than an abnormality. There’s a difference.
Anybody can google the photo you’re talking about.
It does look like he are his own rifle.
Bill Whitaker: Did you go to the window? Did you look out?
Joshua Bitsko: No. Because I know that S.W.A.T. had deployed snipers also. So I didn't wanna put my silhouette in front of a window-- because communication was still horrendous at that point.
Allow me to demonstrate:
I have seen a lot of your posts, NullandVoid and they are kooky enough to be on Kook-to-Kook or Coast-to-Coast as some call it. Your tinfoil bill must be in the tens of thousands of dollars.
I insist you stop posting and promoting such nonsense, which makes us all look bad, or else........I shall have no choice but report you to the mods.
I’ve already reported you to the mods.
Now can I be on your ping list?
