Genetic tests have confirmed that the DNA of two cops was found on the Brooklyn teen who accused them of handcuffing her and raping her in a police van, according to sources close to the investigation.

JBT alert.
Well, the idiots have already admitted they engaged in sexual activity with her. Theyre claiming it was consensual.
New York’s finest strike again. I wonder if it will be ruled a “good shoot” I also wonder, since cops don’t have to obey laws, only follow somewhat flexible “departmental guidelines” How many cops are allowed to rape a suspect before guidelines are violated. But I’m sure they’ll be punished by suspension with pay.
I see the NYPD hasn’t changed much.
Pity, I had hoped that they were better than their antecedents.
But I guess not.
I don't know about NYC, but in civilized jurisdictions when a government agent who has power over a prisoner has sex with said prisoner, it can not legally be consensual. Jail guards, cops etc. fall into this category. By definition it is a felony whether the prisoner said yes or not.
I grew up with what becomes cops in this city.
The CRAZIEST and most Violent Italian and Irish kids in the neighborhood.
At least in the late 80s that’s who it was.
No kidding, out of 20 friends in the group growing up, the three i would have considered most likely to end up in prison became cops. No one else.
Reminds me that in the Duke lacrosse case, the entire team was tested
for DNA and none from anyone was found on their accuser; but the DNA of eleven or more other men (none lacrosse players) WAS found on the accuser (owing, no doubt, to her alleged line of work).
But what did it matter? The elites wanted their perfect PC-narrative of rich white kids abusing a poor black woman, so the charges were not dismissed;
even after one of the accused showed via photos he was not present
at the time of the alleged rape;
nor after it was shown the accuser had made a previous claim of being raped by three men in a bathroom;
nor after the accuser was unable to ID anyone after several photo IDs;
etc. etc. etc.
Nothing was going to permit lacrosse players to be innocent, even if the crime never happened.
Convict and execute.
Consensual? With an officer on duty inside a police van?
I beg to differ with them.
I assume the 2 cops are black otherwise we’d see their mugshots all over every newspaper headlines and MSM news station 24/7 for the next year with Colin Kaepernick stories next to it.
When wickedness is winked at, soon it becomes de rigueur.
What kind of judgement—and as a police officer—does this imply?
Breathtakingly poor—the kind of judgement that's going to get them each 10 or 20 years in prison, methinks.
And they did it under the color of law—using their position as police officers to further the crime?
They're going to get nailed to the wall...
I didnt say I agree with them. But, I expected them to be denying any contact at all. I guess they were caught with their DNA down.
Could it be that none of the others were crazy enough to even want it?
Wilder and wilder and wilder.
Maybe she DID beg them to do it? But they would be stupid to comply.
“DNA samples taken from both suspects came back as a match when compared to the rape kits, a law enforcement source said.”
Well, if this stuff keeps on trending (God grant us that it doesn’t, at least for now) we might kind of see how a Sodom situation developed. The “men of the city” wanted something violent and lustful, and got it. But then God became furious. This was probably worse than generic homosexuality — it was a power trip on the part of people who were in a position of responsibility.
Maybe they’ll board Harvey’s flight to Europe for therapy.
Reminds me of the cop in Albuquerque, 10-12 years ago who was caught on camera having sex with a girl he was going to give a ticket to. Her little dog was running around at the time.
