Nazi movement was fascist, that is, military spending to keep the "great depression" economy from collapse.
Still, The Confederates were not fascist either.
Very confusing.
It may have more to do with 21st century drug use, than anything of a historic nature.

There are a lot of Freepers that think the US Civil War was all about slavery and think Southerners were worse than Nazis. And believe that the yankees were not motivated by money

Perhaps to be consistent they should lynch the guys who sport the offensive sympbol. Here's Roy White, of the Columbus Confederate Yankees. He's still alive at 73. Perhaps they would like to lynch him to eradicate confedero-Nazism.

Joe Kennedy was a Nazi sympathizer, and I don’t believe he hung out in Alabama. :-)

What a Brilliant plan. This guy will go far in this world. I actually know him from law school. He used to work for Ralph Nader, pushed ceaselessly for air bags in cars, and against nuclear power (he's from central PA). He is sincere, if misguided, in all he does. The problem for him, and so many others, is how can we be virtuous and signal our virtue in a world that no longer gives credit for a belief in God.
