CNN’s Symone Sanders said Sunday that white people “do not get to” criticize black protesters.
Sanders, appearing on, “CNN Newsroom With Fredricka Whitfield,” said to conservative pundit Ben Ferguson, “White people do not get to tell black folks or anybody else what is acceptable form of protest.”
Ferguson responded, “Not everything’s about race Symone. Not everything is about race” to which she responded, “Maybe not for you is it, but for folks who are protesting police…the issue of policy brutality is absolutely about race.”
The exchange got heated after Ferguson said, “You stand up and are one of those that are in charge of helping the military. You have a duty, an obligation to the President of the United States of America to leave a situation where people were basically giving the middle finger to the men and women who fought and protect this country.”
Sanders responded, “That is false and you should be ashamed.”

Sorry Symone. I’ll criticize whomever I wish to criticize. It is you, as someone attempting (not very successfully, I might add) to be a journalist that has limitations on criticism. Real journalists report news. They don’t criticize anyone..

It makes sense that she would object to white people objecting to anybody disrespecting the flag. She is not white so white people are wrong.
With Obama we had eight years of non-stop propaganda in which blacks were heavily over-represented on TV and such - overcompensation for a history of under-representation, perhaps. In any case, many blacks believe they are 50%+ of the population here (especially ‘hoodrats, who rarely see white faces anymore); they believe the BS of the last eight years, and they believe anyone outside of the “poverty industry” cares what they say.

A couple of hours ago I watched a true crime show,on ID, about the murder,in MA, of Robin Benedict... There was some dramatization and her father was played by a black actor-——the father was NOT black.
I was stunned.
Fiction is one thing but this man WAS NOT BLACK. Can you imagine the uproar if a white actor played MLK? :-)
