Jason Chaffetz, former House of Representatives member and Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform was on Justice with Judge Janine Pirro Saturday night and he dropped a BOMBSHELL about Attorney General Jeff Sessions:
(snip)
Judge Janine: Ok, why is he not being charged with a crime?
Chaffetz: I can tell you that while I was in Congress and the Chairman of the Oversight Committee, I did go over and visit with Attorney General Sessions and it was one of the most frustrating discussions I had because whether it was the IRS, Fast and Furious, the email scandal that we went through, I did not see the Attorney General willing to just let Lady Justice administer justice and then follow through. I understood maybe the last six months of the Obama Administration
Judge Janine: Wait a minute I dont have that much time. You spoke with Sessions on IRS, Fast and Furious. Did he give you a reason? Did he say he was presenting anything to a grand jury? Yes or no?
Chaffetz: No, he basically let me know he wasnt going to pursue anything on the major cases.
Judge Janine: So IRS, on the major cases? Are we talking about Hillary Clinton, because I havent even gotten to her yet.
Chaffetz: Yes, the email scandal of Hillary Clinton. We had Bryan Pagliano. I issued a subpoena for him to appear before the Committee and he said No. He didnt even show up. We issued another subpoena. The US Marshals served it. And you know in my world, if youre in court, I guarantee you that a subpoena is not an optional activity. We wanted the Attorney General to prosecute him and he said No.

Sessions was very manly back in the day.

We all know that every President since Reagan has been a globalist traitor. They have murdered millions, stolen trillions. Fortunately, they would never do anything bad on a Tuesday.
I know, he has been doing a good job with illegals, which is the main reason he was with Trump in the first place.
Being a gentleman is not part of the job description of the AG, and Sessions knew that prior to accepting the position.
My current line in the sand is: If at least one major player from the 0bama administration isn’t successfully prosecuted and convicted prior to the midterms, I’ll refuse to vote for any Republican currently in office. Yes, that includes Trump, too.
“there is a risk to doing it due to the next time the democRATS run the show, they would invent charges to prosecute Trump administration officials.”
Trump should do it, anyhow, ‘cause we know for sure the Dems will be on Trump and his administration anyhow.
Beauregard ensured job security when he appointed Rod Rosenstein as his deputy. He's marginally worse than Sessions. Unless DJT whacks them both, and is prepared to live with the 3rd in command (god knows McConnell won't hold hearings for a Sessions replacement), the Swamp has our president is in a tough spot.
Traitorsessions is just another swamp thing.
Sessions is following Trump on this
If Trump wanted it done he could demand it and if refused fire him. And replace
-
NONSENSE.
Trump CANNOT order the AG to prosecute - and the Senate has already said that they’re not going to vote on anyone to replace Sessions, so the only thing that firing him would do is to put some OTHER useless RAT / GOP-e stooge in in his place.
I know that President Trump has gone after him a couple of times...I don’t know what President Trump wants A.G. Sessions to work on, guess it’s between the two of them...
Both play their hands very close to their vests, they don’t let people know what they are doing until they are ready to do it and then it’s to late for the ‘enemy’ to hide...
I don’t know...just I’m not ready to turn on Sessions yet...
Hasn’t Trump already given Hillary a “Presidential Stay out of Jail Card”? How much of Session’s non-prosecution is coming directly from Trump? “Lock her up” my ass!
The cries of “Let’s put this all behind us” and “Don’t speak ill of the dead” will be enough to shut up the spineless Republicants and we already know that media will be in full beatification mode. Cans of Clinton worms will remain tightly sealed.
There’s also the question of whom Trump could get through the Senate to replace Sessions now.
Ironically, if the guy Trump fired, Bannon, succeeds in his crusade against the RINO senators, Trump will be in a far stronger position in Jan. 2019 to get a tough law-and-order AG confirmed.
Assuming Trump wants one.
Will DRUDGE and Breitbart pick this story up? This is a big deal, now. I know I’m “woke” on do-nothing elitist pandering Sessions. Otherwise, Jeff better do some ‘splainin’, somehow.
Congress needs to be be put on the hot seat as well. This is ridiculous for a democratic Republic pretending a Rule of Law.
Not sure Chaffitz has any reason to make this up. I realize he gives no direct quotes, but it’s easy to read someone dis-interested in prosecuting elitist criminal behavior, from someone who is interested but is just not sayin’.
This could be the plan...could be why Bannon is doing what he is doing...he’s the bad cop, President Trump is the good cop...
Trump CAN publically release evidence of criminality of any Zerobama administration official that he wants to, and he can reference the federal statute and remind America that “intent” is not a requirement to prove these felonies. He can shame Sessions into acting if he truly is a law and order president.
A series of tweets, a formal press conference in which he calls on AG Sessions to uphold the law, or any other method of trying to force Sessions’ hand. If that’s what Trump wants...
I like your thinking!
Something ain’t adding up , that idiot retired congress criter is a man child rino for starters
This is very disturbing, very.
I am slow to anger but I am now angry, very.
>>They all three need to go. Im so sick of this B.S.

Me, too, DO. So sick of this never-ending soap opera where daily we discover what’s underneath the masks of these vile vermin.
I must say that “awake” citizens are a most patient group. But once they’ve had enough, Zam Blam Powie, the action will commence.
Excellent point. I hadn’t thought of that. Perhaps they are both waiting until the Judge Swamp is drained, and replaced with Patriot Judges who will actually render JUST verdicts.
Again, very good point. It puts a whole new light on the matter that I hadn’t previously considered. Thanks.
