football might be like professional wrestling and now as we know politics, and the media that make fake controversy to divide people into wanting to participate by taking sides.. NFL may be tying to cash in on the divisiveness.. so what happens to Superbowl ratings when the team that disrespects the country and the police take on the patriotic team ? The Conservatives root for one side, the liberals for the other? They are playing us like fools ! Maybe they thinking huge ratings,.. unless we wil as the majority of Americans tune out, but will we? NFL is gambling we cant walk away... look how much press and public interest they have already geneated from this... I'm not so sure this hurts them right now... but i hope it will in the long run destroy football, its a just stupid game .

The NFL is Hell-bent on committing economic suicide. I can’t help but recall (and paraphrase) the statement that M. Jordan made when asked for a political opinion: “Republicans buy shoes too.”
Fans go to the games to watch football, not a political statement. You permit chaos and the NFL turns off half its audience. So, be prepared for the consequences.

I’ve been watching a lot of rugby. Men and women play on our networks. And if you think football is brutal, the folks don’t wear helmets. And they don’t seem to have concussion lawyers, either.

I wish he would have come out of the tunnel. But he would have been put on the scout team in the next week.

>>Actually soccer is a much more fluid game than football whereas players dont take 27 seconds of rest for every 8 seconds of action.<<
Well, no reason to go into the usual “futball” vs. “football” here. That is why I didn’t list hockey.
Suffice it to say I have seen enough soccer to know it is not on my list of things to watch.
Which is now the list that includes the NFL.

Any “consciousness” cause of liberalism is a fracking fraud of idiots loyal to criminals, crooks and terrorists.
Watch the NfL get sold to Qatar, running to muslims for Pc protection.

The (n)fl is scared ****less of anything that could be remotely considered “racial” to blacks
So if a BLACK NTIONALIST Targets cops, then it just can’t have anything that supports the cops
But let Kommie Kaepernick and others kneel in “ pretext” well yeah, it’s too cowardly to say “no”

Im getting close to being ready to sign off on dropping the NFL on North Korea. The NFL has become the North Korea of sports.

Our house is not a football house. We are MLB fans. But I have been watching this NFL mess closely, hoping if it does start in the MLB, we can nip it in the bud quick. Anyway, since I do not watch football, my question is.....do they play the National Anthem within that 10 minute window prior to the start of games? Thanks!

good question. I’m a Bears fan who chose not to watch the game.
I have yet to find the answer to that question.
A couple of other teams also stayed in the locker room.
