Not making Sept 23 predictions, but Matthew 24:36 “no one knows the day and hour” is addressing the heaven and earth passing away after Christ’s 1000 year millennium kingdom, and not his return. Read Matthew 24 in its entirety.
Makes more sense than all the “sandwich board prophets” over the decades....
As for myself as I've studied biblical prophecy for many years I take that sign in the skies on that date to be a marker for a huge geo-political alignment that will alter everything that currently now exists and will be touching on several major items.
It may even be the Miry Clay of Daniel 2 making their public appearance (aka the long awaited UFO disclosure) as their presence is needed for the end-times persecution of the saints and the NWO religion. The Church is not prepared to handle it if it was to happen and there are less than a handful of good biblical teachers who have a good grasp of the subject. Chuck Missler is the best teacher that has a thorough understand of it and he explains it very well.
Sept 23 is the feast of the trumps and its a jubilee year. The temple has not been rebuilt, the man of perdition (the false witness) has not appeared. So no Jesus is not returning on the 23rd. A very complicated set of events must occur in advance of the coming of Yesua. Which is not to say it couldn’t happen fairly quickly.

Jesus is driving a Uber in Cleveland. I saw him.
Thanks; I think the “Rapture Before the Wrath!” folks are the ones onboard with this idea.
Didn’t know how many of them were FReepers until a couple showed up on my Jesus was probably born on September 11th thread: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/3584899/posts?page=50#50
While I believe those left on earth will be “raptured” at Christ’s Second Coming if they are still alive, it will be as Christ said:
“When the Son of Man returns to the Earth, will He still find faith?”
Two men say they’re Jesus, one of them must be wrong.
It would be a great birthday present for me if He returned on Saturday, but I suspect the biggest thing that will happen that day is I will over eat and get socks again for the fifth year in a row. Which isn’t bad I can always use new socks.
I will be turning 47 this year though so maybe that means something. I wonder if that coincidence is in the Bible somewhere: “...when He returns in Glory, a FReeper’s screen name will herald the Judgement...”.
I think I may have missed that verse. Maybe it’s in an apocryphal manuscript.
...not returning September...
Pity.
Still ... it’s probably a good idea to be prepared — just in case.
.
Yeshua will return “in the spirit” to gather his bride for the wedding feast, after the tribulation, on the day of Trumpets in 2024.
Then comes the 10 days of bowl judgments that rain the wrath of Yehova on the Earth.
Then we return with him to crush the Kingdoms of men, and usher in the 1000 year demonstration of the total depravity of men.
.
If man cannot know the day nor hour then that means you cannot definitively say it won’t be Sept. 23.
This is the only time in something like 10,000 years this particular set of astronomical bodies are lining up exactly as stated in Revelation. That doesn't mean Jesus is coming back, but it certainly indicates that date is important for some reason. It may even be a reason we don't know about until years later.
I'm waiting
Happy Appocyclipse Day!
