The NFL no longer wishes to be the football league of this nation.

No more taxpayer funded stadiums.

Looks like the crowd for 8th grade football in this part of Alabama.

Not even the lure of a $6 ticket was enough to get Rams fans to the game. That’s right, all you needed was six dollars to attend Sunday’s game, and even that wasn’t enough to get fans through the doors.

The Rams announced that 60,128 tickets were “distributed” for the game. However, according to at least one reporter’s estimate, at least 12,000 of those tickets went unused.

So, how many traitors kneeled or sat?

On my second season of not watching, only mildly interested in case some team that does not tolerate that crap starts doing well.

NFL is committing suicide with it’s insulting anti- American antics. Good! This will clear the path for better teams that play football without insulting the fans

Forget what the media says, forget the excuses from the NFL, AMERICANS don’t like it when our country is disrespected. So, they - players - have their rights of free speech. Well, we also have our rights to ours, called consequences. God Bless America!!!

If I want to watch overpaid, whiney, anti-American political bigots compete with one another... I’ll flip on C-Span.

Put the “game”back into football and I’ll come back and eat your $9 hotdogs in really bad seats. otherwise, I have better stuff to do.

Sports are waaaay too important in America anyway.

The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum has a seating capacity of 93,000. Been there many times and it is a big, big stadium.

Looks like some of the MLB stadiums in recent years.

Of course, the MLB has a lot more weekday games, so presumably, people are at work. But, many stadiums have many vacant seats even at night and weekend games.

Maybe, it is just better viewing at home or at a sports bar with a big widescreen to watch, instead of fighting the crowd and traffic, etc.

Can’t put that down to lack of interest in football in LA - that same Coliseum was packed the night before for USC - Stanford. Way to ruin a good thing, NFL.

Why spend six bucks on a game when you can go to church and watch people kneel for free?
