Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon blasted the geniuses in former President George W. Bushs administration for selling out American workers and getting the country stuck in the Middle East in a 60 Minutes interview with CBS anchor Charlie Rose.
Bannon took offense at establishment Republicans associated with the Bush administration who went out of their way to question President Donald Trumps competence during the 2016 campaign even though nearly all of their genius ideaslike Paul Wolfowitzs brand of nation-building and neoconservatismturned out to be disastrous.
I hold these people in contempt, total and complete contempt, Bannon told Rose, adding that the former Bush administration officials get him riled up with anger like nothing else. Theyre idiots, and theyve gotten us in this situation, and they question a good man like Donald Trump.
Bannon blasted the geniuses in the Bush administration that let China in the W.T.O., and reminded Rose that the genius in the Bush administration told us, Hey, theyre going to be a liberal democracy. Theyre going to be free-market capitalism. The same geniuses that got us into Iraq.
Bannon also denounced George W. Bush and his entire national security apparatus, which included people like Condi Rice, Brent Scowcroft, Colin Powell and Dick Cheney.
Consistent with the disdain he has always had for the bipartisan permanent political class in Washingtons Boomtown, Bannon also blasted the Obama crowd, which he said was almost the same.
Clinton crowd, almost the same, he continued. Its three administrations.

George P. Bush is the main reason the GOP went along with the Kenyanesian Usurpation.
His mother was still a Mexican national when he was born and thus he is NOT a natural born citizen, just like Obama.
Plus they had a stable full of hopefuls that were likewise ineligible, Jindal, Rubio, Haley, Cruz.
Really good point. I keep asking myself, don't the R's see what is happening to their base? Ryan with his, "we didn't see it, the forgotten man, only Trump saw it."
Ryan, the leadership did not see the Teaparty? No they tried to destroy them, same as HWBush dissed Reagan upon entering office, saying, "we are a gentler kinder nation." and WBush with "compassionate conservative", what a joke.
I know the answer to HRC's question, What Happened? The DC elites haven't a clue, we are on to you corrupt bastards, that's what happened!
it all goes all back to Captain Morgans murder on September 11 1826.)

Farther back than that.
Siege of Vienna broken Sept. 11, 1683
Larger muslim army defeated by Christians led by Polish King Jan Sobieski
No one has ever apologized for those purges which drove away and/or silenced all but the group-thinking party loyalists. For years during the second Bush administration, it was as good as a zot or banning to question GOP orthodoxy.
Quite possibly true, as the System’s organizing principle is to identify, isolate, and purge the Bannons of this world. Across the political spectrum, America hates independent thinkers who won’t be categorized. Perhaps we’re too stupid to process the cognitive dissonance.
A very astute friend of mine who I greatly respect once pointed this out to me when describing the difference between a politician and a leader:
"A politician is always going to tell you what you want to hear. A leader is someone who will tell you what you don't want to hear."
HE let them use him. It was his choice as with the first Bush and Clinton and Obumbler.
I think President Trump is figuring out he can’t do it in one presidency. Still, I hope for a miracle. He has probed into the right direction. He has thrown the beehive to the ground. But man those bees are angry and they sure ain’t dead yet.
The list of those zotted for daring to speak up against Dubya’s illegal alien amnesty would astonish freepers who weren’t here to witness it. The howlin hyena pack played a big role in it.
And I still remember amnesty pushers here posting SPLC propaganda to buttress their attacks on immigration patriots.
How the worm has turned.
W was no more a pawn than the guy who drives the getaway car.
He was a willing participant.
+1
More Muslims immigrated to the US post 9-11 than had come in all the years prior to it.
A dividend from the ‘Islam Is A Religion of Peace’ idiocy that only W could believe.
#23 Try $2 billion in donations to the Clinton crime foundation. All theirs as they do not use it to help anyone. See Haiti as an example.
GWB had shown his true colors as early as 1994.
That was the year that grassroots California passed Prop 187, the anti illegal immigration bill, in defiance of the elites in the GOP, the MSM, and the Democrats.
A number of GOP establishment traitors flew out to California to side with illegal aliens against California’s beleaguered voters- and that treason lobby group included Jack Kemp, Bill Bennett, and the then governor of Texas, GW Bush.
Only those of us in California fighting the illegal alien battle at that early date noticed. And remembered.
After that, nothing that W did that put the interests of Americans last ever surprised me. It’s what I expected from him.
George Bush stopped all air traffic except the Bin Laden family leaving the country. You and I could not fly anywhere but the enemy was allowed to escape.
Why?
Not unless he is pregnant.
I had very few kind words for GW and never got potted, however the first Trump, Bucannon, was zotted mercilessly.
Charlie probably worte into the interview rules that Bannon wouldn't make him look stupid.
Hubby and I finally watched the PBS full interview this morning.
It is really, really worth the time to watch it.
So much different than 60 minutes.
Go Bannon, Go Trump.
MAGA!!!!
