Despite being suspected of allegedly stealing computer equipment and sensitive information from Congress, Democrat Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s ex-IT staffer Imran Awan still has access to an active House email account. To make matters worse, the email address is tied to an intelligence staffer.

Imran Awan’s still-active email address is linked to the name of a House staffer who specializes in intelligence and homeland security matters for Indiana Democratic Rep. André Carson. Court documents and emails obtained by TheDCNF show Awan used the address 123@mail.house.gov in addition to his standard imran.awan@mail.house.gov account.
He and two of his Pakistani-born brothers, as well as his wife, are at the center of an FBI investigation over their IT work with dozens of Democratic congressional offices. Authorities shut down Awan’s standard email account Feb. 2, and he was arrested by the FBI at Dulles International Airport trying to board a flight to his native Pakistan on July 25.
Authorities apparently did not realize Awan has a second account that is not linked to his identity. While his main email address began rejecting mail after it was shut down, the 123 address was still accepting mail Tuesday.
Mail sent via Gmail fills in the name of the account-holder of 123 as Nathan Bennett, whose LinkedIn profile says his individual legislative portfolio covers “national security and foreign affairs” and includes work on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
The member Bennett works for, Carson, is a member of both the House Intelligence and House Homeland Security Committees, and previously employed Awan.

The fact that this email account is only now being discovered, is still active, and is discovered by an investigative journalist suggests the extent to which the official “investigations” of the Awan crowd are incompetent and/or intentionally botched.
The only defense could be if investigators DID come upon this email address long ago, and allowed it to remain active so they could monitor its usage. We can’t rule that out with so little that is known publicly, but I suspect it’s much more likely that this is a Keystone Kops investigation being botched intentionally by the powers that be.
Andre Carson is a Black Muslim Congressman, so it all fits.

There are people who had to know about this and approved it. There are those who knowingly looked the other way. There are those who should have known but didn’t.

Google "knows" the real name of the account holder of email addresses that it doesn't even own. How does that happen? Did "123" send something to some gmail account at some point? Or did something more devious go on?
I explicitly noted that I do NOT know all that is going on. You lack basic reading competence.
Is the FBI going to investigate this? There’s so much crooked Democratic
stuff to investigate, they don’t have the manpower. Then they have to watch the people Obama left in the country too.
If all this involved republicans instead of democrats it would be a thousand times more huge than the Russia thing, and rightfully so, because this is a VERY REAL problem. National security, intelligence, and the operation of the federal government has been compromised! If “election influence” can get run from wall-to-wall in the media for 6 months straight, and this virtually ignored, I honestly think we are legit screwed. It goes way above and beyond party leanings (I’m registered independent) and that shouldn’t have anything to do with it. It’s bad enough that this was swept under the rug was bad enough, but now it is blatantly obvious that this never got even close to treated like a genuine crisis to the continuity of government.
The media made a HUUUUUUUGE deal out of the Valerie Plame outing, mostly because they thought they had Bush administration in a gotcha. That was one intelligence asset. ONE!
This is a breach of government information infrastructure and no one knows how deep and how wide it ran, nor exactly for how long.

Yes, that was the other possibility I suggested.... it would be most interesting if investigators are making much progress.... we just don’t know yet.
I suspect there were a lot of staffers and perhaps some congressmen actively involved in a major spy ring. Some other congressmen were blackmailed into silence or into complicity.This is ultimately, A Democrat Party spy ring.

Yeah, Andre Carson may be a serious security threat himself. Not to mention his staff, and the fact that he was so soggy (at best) or treasonous (at worst) on handling the Awan clan.

The gubermint and the presstitutes have been treating Americans like they are idiots for decades. They think they can continue to do that because Americans have played the part perfectly.
George Stefanopolis and the crews ask what has changed? For many Americans, nothing. They still haven't read even one Podesta/Clinton email.
