It’s time to go to their websites and inform them we will no longer donate to them because they’re racist organizations.

Salvation Army will not get a penny from me, and I’ll be happy to tell the bell ringer exactly why.

That has been my attitude on charities. All my donations are either first hand or go through the Church except for the Salvation Army. Well, that short list just got shorter.

It amazes me that any business or national charity aligns itself with anything political. Much like Six Flags flying the Confederate flag or stores carrying Ivanka accessories. Just avoid. Only thing is assured is that you alienate some of your customers.

I hope the press trumpets the “boycott.”

I donate anywhere from $15-25 a month to the Salvation Army, and my brother and I were thing of leaving then tens of thousands in our Wills. Not now.

Ignorant charities, ignorant operations...

..In 1997, Trump defied societal conventions when he purchased his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, and converted it into a private club.

“He put the light on Palm Beach,” said Abe Foxman, national director of the Anti-Defamation League....

Trump went further, asking the town council to lift the existing restrictions on the club....

The town council would not budge, leading Trump to file a $100 million lawsuit alleging the town was “discriminating against Mar-a-Lago, in part because it is [now] open to Jews and African Americans,”

“No one will remember this when the bell ringer come out around Christmas.”

Like hell they Won’t. They will never get another dime from me, and I have been a steady donor.

That’s a shame. Biting the hand that feeds you - but that’s LibTards for ya.

I was ‘frog-marched’ to a Susan G. Komen ‘thang’ earlier this year. Yes, it was a LOT of fun, we got to meet the Coaches and the players on the UW Badger Football Team (very gracious, focused young men!) but I didn’t buy any raffle tickets or contribute ANYTHING more than the $20 that was ‘confiscated’ from me in the $40 ticket to attend.

(My Bestie is a Breast Cancer Survivor and not the LEAST little bit politically informed. It’s hard for me to burst her bubble, you know? The day was for HER, no one else.)

However, these groups are going to be whining and complaining in the near future about how low their donations are (coming into The Christmas GIVING Season, of course!) because Conservatives won’t pony up! Count on it!

Sad to see the Salvation Army acting this way. I contributed to them for MANY years - did the, ‘bell-ringing thing’ with my kids while they were coming up, etc.

WHY do Socialists ruin EVERYTHING they touch? They cut off their noses to spite their face! Socialism truly IS a mental disease. *SHRUG*

“I can just picture the freezing Salvation Army guy in a Santa suit ringing his bell at the entrance to Kroger and everybody walking past him gives him the finger.”

The sad part is that Santa and 90% of the Salvation Army members and supporters are probably traditional Christians and totally disagree with the elititists
who run these organizations,

but like real people everywhere, they will have to pay the price for the decisions by elitist Ivy League graduates, who got brainwashed in college and now want to force their lefty politics on every one.

I will remind those volunteers ringing that bell that I appreciate what they are doing, but the powers that be dumped Trump so I am no longer contributing to the Salvation Army.

I’ve stopped donating to Goodwill, too. I drop my goods at St. Vincent De Paul.

Until I hear otherwise, then I’ll find some other local charity to donate to.

It SICKENS me that people ‘supposedly’ doing, ‘The Lord’s Work ‘ are now just a bunch of leftist, political gibs-me-dats!

Grrrr!

Wonder how much trouble they'll have getting volunteers now. If it were me, I'd tell them to call BLM or AntiFA for their volunteers.

Whenever anyone asks me for a hand-out I SWEETLY tell them, ‘Oh, I’m so sorry! I do ALL of my Charitable GIVING through my Church. You’re welcome to join us this coming Sunday at...’

Yeah. I’m MEAN that way. Like a Junk Yard Dawg, LOL!

“The Salvation Army issued a similar statement, saying its event at Mar-a-Lago helped raise money for disaster victims and the homeless. “Because the conversation has shifted away from the purpose of this event,” the group says, “we will not host it at Mar-a-Lago.””

I am saddened and surprised...Will be emailing them—as a Christian organization to pull support for the first President who actually supports Christians and Christian ideas—this is outrageous!

Hmm, wonder how many leftist anti-fa and BLM will make contributions? From the videos, they really look like the charitable type/sarc!!!!

OH and typically, run-of-the-mill liberals are more than happy to spend others’ money—theirs? not so much!

Wait till Christmas buckets go out— I will tell them why I am not giving them one dime...Not one dime.

Many of the charties can’t afford the bad press if they sta[ye]d.

Interesting, isn't it, that we simply accept the fact that Liberals will slander even charities to try to harm the President.

No one will remember this when the bell ringer come out around Christmas.

For many, you're probably correct... but a significant percentage, maybe 20%, will not forget, because lines are being drawn now... and no business or charity can drop 20% from the previous year and not feel some pain.
