A Facebook post for a protest dubbed “Destroy the Confederacy” at Sam Houston Park in Houston on Saturday warns “*Do NOT bring children.” A group “committed to protecting Texas and Texas History,” “This Is Texas Freedom Force” (TITFF), says demonstrators plan to tear down a Confederate statue. They also warn there will be violence. The promoters of the protest tell potential attendees: “We will meet at Sam Houston Park (right in front of Houston City hall) to demand that the City of Houston ERASE THE CONFEDERACY! It is a STAIN IN THE FABRIC of our history that needs to be removed.”
Another part of the post says – “*Do NOT bring children.”
One of the organizers of the event, Black Lives Matter of Houston, tells protesters to meet at the “Spirit of the Confederacy Statute” at Sam Houston Park.

I’m serious. What do you propose to stop them? If they keep it up, and they will, violence will be met with violence. Forbidding protests will be the only option. And the only way that can be done is through martial law. Otherwise the courts will continue to allow the “peaceful assemblies”. And they should.
It's hard for them to do that. The politicians have shown their true colors by ordering the LEOs to stand down.
When the civil breakdown and local resistance reach critical mass, they are hoping Trump will have to use federal power to restore - then they can further accuse him of “ fascism”
The war will then become more widely racial and socio economic and directed at private wealth and property, the monuments are just practice for what is coming
Expect growing demands for “ reparations” - which would be Cloward Piven strategy to economically crash and destroy society
The disciples of Alinsky, Cloward and Piven ( Clintons and obamas) have tried several iterations of taking down social institutions in the past with welfare , motor voter /Acorn, and real estate/bank shakedowns / TARP f - but not on this scale

The BLM crowd WAS behind the protests for the Tony Robinson shooting, though. Not that you heard about it much, locally. They were bused in from Chicago-Land. Surprisingly, there isn’t a Chapter listed for Madistan.

* For those who don’t know why the statue was referred to as ‘Mrs. Rennebohm,’ we’ll let you in on the joke: People suggested that ‘Wisconsin’ (as the statue is named) was actually Mrs. Rennebohm, the wife of Oscar Rennebohm, the owner of a large (now defunct) Madison drug-store-chain. It was said she was on top of the Capitol looking for a site for the newest drug store. (Rennebohm’s = Walgreen’s or CVS back in the day.)

It appears, sir, you and I may be the only ones who think of the Texas Rangers as more than a baseball team and who believe the Texas Rangers, if called upon, will be more than a match for wannabe terrorists.
