The man accused of ramming his car into protesters in Charlottesville, Virginia, on Saturday seems to have already been found “guilty” by the media… but there may be more to the story than is being reported.

A video posted on Streamable reveals that the driver of the Challenger had slowed down and was apparently calm, until protesters hit his vehicle with a blunt object such as a baseball bat or large flag pole.

There are pics of Heather’s mom showing a recent photo, appears to be about a year or two old. She’s not as heavy as her work profile pic so she may have been losing weight.
I sure wouldn’t mind having that guy as my defense attorney in Charlottesville. Long list of criminal cases, former F-14 pilot, etc. Heck — he was probably out there clubbing AntiFa mutants up the street from the crime scene last weekend. LOL.

That is what I saw and tried to calm down the hysterics oon FRcalling for the guy’s blood because everyone felt uncomfortable that claimed right wing racists were staging a fight in Charlottesville. Every bit of the reporting early was bullshit either from the usual suspect sources or from the usually conservative sources. We are so damned jumpy and determined to prove we are not bigoted that we all jump on these things just because someone yells “Racist!” at us.

That photo is when he has come to a stop after ramming the other cars.
Where did you find that picture? Was that BEFORE he hit the other car in the rear?
I looked again. The backup lights are on. He is in reverse, after the collision with the other car.
In the picture you posted there is clearly brake lights on his car. How is that driving into them aggressively?
If you are driving down a street and end up driving into a protest where the protestors have already been violent are you really going to stop? Are you really going to allow them to drag you from your car and beat you, possibly beat you to death? Why would you not defend yourself? How would you defend yourself in this situation?
I have actually been in a situation where people blocked the road and tried to force me to stop. I didn't know anything about them but I was not about to let them force me to stop. I kept driving and they got out of the way. I felt I had no choice and if I had hit one I would feel terrible but I would still know I had no choice.

The brake lights are from a still photo that was snapped prior to the video taker getting the car in view.
This is goin gto be an intriguing trial.

I wonder if any evidence of his political views will be admissible? Should the jury be allowed to know if the defendant harbored "Supremacist" views, for instance?

The brakes are not applied again until after hitting multiply people and ramming the other cats then finally coming to a stop with out brakes. He then steps on the brake and puts it in reverse.
