So ignore the business councils being disbanded, ignore the statues and plaques that have been torn down, ignore whatever makes you feel uncomfortable, but try not to ignore that Trump is a worse, weaker position than he was last week because he can’t control his mouth. Today could be a celebration of forcing North Korea to back down, but instead it is just 100% race talk, which is not helpful, not winning.

Correct. Trump is becoming increasingly isolated. It takes teams to win. Trump is a CEO type using to barking orders and has not demonstrated that he has the needed political skills to persuade and secure a network of allies around him to reinforce his views. Thus he is the Lone Ranger out there tweeting to his base.
