Its days like today when I think America is hanging by a thread. And that thread is the courageous and good man Donald Trump.
I knew the media would deliberately lie about Charlottesville, but I didn't think the liberal republicans would too. Clearly I overestimated them.
These cowardly republicans still have never learned. Their fate is tied to trump. They go against him and they can forget getting the vote of people like me ever again.
(Sigh) maybe in America 2.0 we will insist on a media that isn’t a bunch of leftists lying filth. Until then, stock up for the coming civil war against the totalitarian left. They are going to rule your life like the Taliban if they get the chance.
I have no doubt that it’s gonna get “fun”. They simply can’t let Trump stay in for his entire term.
I think this whole thing is playing out like the airport scene in Rain Man where the left is the Dustin Hoffman character.
i.e. it will get worse. A LOT worse.
The cowardly Republicans are in collusion with the left to steal our country from us.
They have been cooperating with a policy of non-enforcement of laws and borders to flood the country with foreigners to dilute the voting of the citizens.
Now they seek to paint anyone attempting to defend American history, culture and values as racist white supremacists.
Most of the elected GOP are in on it.
Wake up.
Turn off the television, ignore Social Media, step away from the computer and go fishing.
I promise you, the silly quibbling of people born into sin will have no effect on whether the fish are biting.
I predict that the extreme left is going to bring about a new civil war or revolution.
We are currently witnessing the left and the Republican Party in this nation having a collective nervous breakdown. I don’t believe this will end well...

I grew up in a country called America, but the country committed suicide in the early 60’s and was transformed in to a semi fascist police state.

Yes, I’m so torn on this whole thing. At least I don’t have Television so I’m not getting that tripe.
And since I moved to a “bug out” type site in 2011 I really don’t have much of a dog in this hunt any more. I’d be stressing bigly if I lived in a city.
Second it. Both are going into a death spiral.
Ignore the media. Shut them off. Go about your business. Support our president who is trying to make our nation great again. At election time, go to the polls and vote for the right people. We do that and all will turn out well for us.
One way to change all this is for every time Anitfa or BLM or whoever tries to meet in public they are surrounded and heavily outnumbered. Show them those are not “their streets”. This will put some steel in the spine of those squishy GOP RINOs. It will end the violence. Another way is for Trump to greet them with an Infantry Division every time they meet. The BSM and Schumer, et al. Will have a fit if Trump does what he can. Near as I can tell the BSM could not do anything they aren’t already.
The ongoing attempts to illegalize the opposition are not so clever and, pushing us to a violent end.
Hate=a white supremacist protest (the loathsome low life scum they are) where violence breaks out. Who would disagree that these people need a clue. Then again, couldn’t the police have seen this violence coming? I digress.
BUT there is this. . .
Love=gunning down a congressman, destroying Berkeley and Portland, looting, beating, gunning down cops in Dallas, beating a professor during a protest, and shouting things like “fry em up, pigs in a blanket” in reference to the police.
See how it works? Things are only “hate” when they don’t support a particular agenda.
Think for a moment what the long term consequences will be for the destruction of southern history & culture.
There will be push back and it may not be pretty.
For every action there will a reaction.
It’s bad. I got a message just now from a liberal non Jewish friend saying “I’m sure you feel pretty bad about the antisemitism coming from Trump”

The civil war is here. Your proverbial thread has already been cut and this country is right now in the throes of a battle for the soul of the nation.
Will we be a free country based on the laws and rights of God or will we descend into socialist poverty and oppression?
The left has already drawn blood in this battle and only now are some people fighting back. They are unsavory people, true. But unsavory people are trying to destroy our nation so it’s fitting that unsavory people are the first to run towards the battle.
Soon enough you and I and others will not discriminate and pick and choose who we side with because the left will force that choice upon us.
When the leftists show up to murder you and your family in the middle of the night because you dared to post things on FR I doubt that you’ll require a background check before you let anyone save you.
Neither will I.
In WW2 the USA took up sides with the communists in the USSR because we didn’t care who was on our side we were just happy to have the help.
And while history may not repeat itself it sure does look familiar, doesn’t it?

The media people are owned and so is academia and everything the busy apoliticals (I call them the liberal Gullibles) respect is now leftist including the churches and synagogues.
I love your optimism. We got the Presidency and we thought we had the congress but true constitutional Americans (is there another kind?) are still LOSING!?!!!!
We are seeing incidents through an Internet lens that forces us to lose perspective on how big, or how significant they are. To make up an example; A black man complains, rightly or wrongly, we can’t tell, about racism. The piece is 1500 words long and contains a dozen unrelated and unverified incidents of alleged racism. Next up is a 2500 word article about the “thousands” of transsexuals in the military and how they are discriminated against. Neither of these contain any wider perspective. When I studied how the media was supposed to function in seventh grade we were told that they would quantify the facts in relation to how they fit in a wider world. I see none of that today. Next up comes an 800 word piece about the crash of an Airbus. The piece moves sideways into a design fault with no word on whether the fault may have already been fixed. The implication is that all Airbus planes have this fault.
Most likely, none of these (fiction) articles, if real, would have any impact on our lives. But they color the way we see the world and the color is dark. This is because negative articles sell. You would be hard pressed to find articles about how somebody stopped and helped a woman in distress or prevented a robbery or saved a baby from drowning. They just don’t sell; but they would improve the way we see the world.
Here’s a bit of advice. Put down the mouse. Step away from the mouse. Go mow the lawn. Talk to your neighbor. Pet the cat. You’ll feel better for it.
