The Charlottesville city government are completely incompetent and failed to govern, failed to lead, failed to manage the exercise of civil rights for all groups and public safety!

I heard Mr. Vice-Mayor on the radio this morning. Not very articulate, and probably not very bright. Would think that city deserves better than this.
