If this clown believes that the First Amendment doesn’t protect hate speech, then BlackLivesMatter ought to be the first group to shut up. If giving a nod and a wink to the murder of policemen and the destruction of public and private property isn’t “hate speech”, then what is?

And of course only the left gets to determine what speech is ‘hate’ speech. And that is definitely any speech that deals with reality rather than the lies and out of control allegations spewed by sjws, snowflakes, professional race baiters etc.
The speech some hate is magically presented as hate speech; dissenting intellectual positions become mental conditions; and contrary opinions are delegitimised – after all, there’s no need to argue with a mad man or woman.

Last February the Kentucky State Supreme Court struck down a law against panhandling, saying it violated freedom of speech.
Now we have bums begging with their cardboard signs at every major street intersection in Louisville and Lexington, and they are spreading to the smaller towns as well.
The annoying part is that I hear the panhandlers can make $350-$500 a day, more than I earned when I had a job! Something’s not right here, and I wish I could think of a fair solution.
