Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail Superintendent Martin Kumer identified the suspect behind the deadly Charlottesville Car Crash to the Washington Post.
The suspect is 20-year-old James Alex Fields of Ohio.

Even if the "WHY" is never answered, it clearly indicates that the City of Charlottesville was grossly negligent, at the very least, in granting permits to BLM and AntiFa to be in the same place at the same time as the alt-right Nazi flag waving idiots. The City created a situation that was very predictably going to lead to violence, given the violent rhetoric from both sides. Violence did ensue, and an innocent woman died. The City most certainly deserves to be punished for their actions contributing to her death.
(The Vice Mayor just happens to be racist bigot Wes Bellamy, famous for tweets like "it isn't rape if she's moaning" and "I hate it when black people act white".)

Once violence started, they shut down the rally so assembling became unlawful after that.
I’m not sure the woman was an innocent bystander yet. Why was she in the street? What was she doing?

They did plan on being there; this is not the first protest over the statues. The most disturbing aspect of this whole thing is that while white guys with Nazi and Confederate symbols are slammed as devils, those waving Soviet flags are portrayed as legitimate protesters (even victims). Only in a country with our horrible public education system can the murderous history of Bolshevism be completely erased from the public consciousness...

For whatever reason several cars were on a street blocked by a mob of pedestrians. The driver definitely screwed up, multiple deaths, he’s going to jail and rightly so. Need more info before attributing this to race, etc. Other events in the past 24 hours, sure. But not enough info about what caused the driver to do this.

Well... the people themselves are actually responsible for their own behavior ‘wherever’ they gather. And protests today are ALWAYS violent.....done so to bring the media into their cause of which groups want the media exposure....violence will always bring a full court media presence...just as it did today.
Furthermore.....Activists know which protests they will get the most bang for their buck out of so they selectively send their people to incite violence even when there’s no threat off......now all protests are being “used” for other than their purposes. What in the world was Code Pink doing there?....and Peta and other such groups?????
This is and continues to be all about creating chaos across our nation by the left and George Soros lackies in order to defame further President Trump.

I’m so tired of hearing “white supremacist” when the “white eradicists” (those who publicly call for the destruction of white people) are ignored by the enemedia. Also, any government that imposes affirmative action policies that clearly indicate blacks are inferior to EVERY OTHER ETHNIC GROUP should examine how much they themselves have contributed to the white supremacists’ arguments.

I was married and finished my active duty commitment to the USN when I was 20 and didn’t consider myself to be a kid.
Times are different, now, when people 26 y/o are allowed to be covered as “kids” under Obamacare and the news media refers to people over 18 as kids.
Obama raised his head of course......of which he shouldn’t be saying anything at all....but of course this is about his “wifes” most sensitive issue race....The victimhood of the black race must continue.
