The interview Anthony Scaramucci gave to the New Yorker's Ryan Lizza seem to be the gift that keeps on giving.
In newly released quotes from the interview, Scaramucci suggests that Mike Pence's new chief of staff was hired to protect the Vice President from political chaos in the Trump Administration.
"Why is Nick there, bro," Scaramucci asked Lizza.

He hasn’t helped Trump on Capitol Hill and he doesn’t speak out against the Deep State.

Mike Pence is useless. While I think this "Pence is scheming against Trump to take the Presidency" news is just liberal media agit-prop to create dissention. Pence really has been a disappointment, pretty much just an empty suit that would rather hide in the trenches than risk get dirty or bloody fighting for the Trump Agenda. My view of him as a possibly future successor to Trump is rapidly declining, sort of George H.W. Bush v2.0...

I think he was brought in to shed some light on the cock roaches and to see where they scattered. Yep, it's pretty clear that he was brought in as a loose cannon to provide cover for a shakeup.

Anthony should get himself a Hollywood casting agent. He'd make a perfect silver screen "Godfather".
He'd make a perfect Fredo - an incompetent with a big mouth.
To: TakebackGOP
He was picked to be the token conservative.
To: apillar
The Democrats would eat Pence for lunch. Would take them about a week.

I think this guy is either nuts or he has a substance abuse problem, but I will forever remember him for something that didn't seem to get a lot of attention here in the U.S.
It was an interview he did with the BBC during his brief tenure as communications director, and he actually sounded both humble and a little depressed. The BBC reporter was asking him how an administration full of billionaires could possibly identify with the issues ordinary Americans faced. He said something to the effect that "Donald Trump really found the pulse of middle-class America, and I really regret that I missed out on that whole movement during the campaign last year."

Pence really has been a disappointment, pretty much just an empty suit that would rather hide in the trenches than risk get dirty or bloody fighting for the Trump Agenda. Pence is exactly what he always was: an astute politician who knows the landscape well but simply doesn't have the gravitas to win a presidential election. He has worked extensively behind the scenes with House and Senate members to move the president's agenda forward. That's the extent of his job and his capabilities, and there's no reason to be disappointed in him.
Part of the issue here is that he is the polar opposite of Donald Trump in so many ways. For this reason, you can't really have him spending a lot of time on the air carrying a message to the people. He is only a colossal disappointment because he's not Donald Trump (nobody is!), so it's best to keep him behind the scenes rather than confuse the message with the public.

If Pence is not pulling his weight he might be cut loose when Trump runs for reelection.
I like him. However, I think he is more of a follower than a leader.

Virginia, land of election fraud.
5500+ Noncitizens Discovered on Voter Rolls in Virginia
(ALEXANDRIA, VA.) May 30, 2017: The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) today released Alien Invasion II, a sequel to the original Alien Invasion alien voting report originally circulated in 2016.
After three lawsuits, scores of record requests, and reviews voter history files across 133 Virginia jurisdictions, the Public Interest Legal Foundation has uncovered the following:
Virginia election officials quietly removed 5,556 voters for non-citizenship between 2011 and May 2017;
1,852 of those removed as noncitizens cast ballots;
A total of 7,474 illegal ballots were cast from the pool of removed noncitizens;
Some records of illegal voting date back to the 1980s before their respective removals;
Virginia election officials routinely fail to alert law enforcement about these illegal votes or registrations.

Yup. Better word sequence.
Anthony’s short stay did accomplish two things: Flushed Reice out of the system AND sent a message to other staffers about the danger of unrestrained chatter and the need for lip control.

You can’t be right all the time.
For the most part Trump has assembled a magnificent cabinet except for Sessions.
Just think of who’d be in there is someone else had won...we’d be bowing to N.Korea and sending them money.

but I will forever remember him for something that didn't seem to get a lot of attention here in the U.S. The other important thing he did was call out CNN fake news IMMEDIATELY when they published lies about him. The backpedaled and apologized like the guilty beasts that they are.
