If Sessions was doing his job there would already be indictments against Democrat crooks and traitors. Sessions is weak and indecisive. Other appointees are openly hostile to Trump’s mandate but Sessions simply doesn’t have the stomach to take on his old “colleagues” on Capitol Hill. The old club tie of the Congress is stronger than any commitment to the President or The People.

DEMS FEAR RUSSIA PROBE BLOWBACK

Excuse me, but who is the majority party in Congress? Who is responsible for letting these shenanigans go on?

Why it is not their team, however much they might have stirred the whole mess up. It is "our" team, GOPe. I am happy to see Dems concerned about blowback. This would end right now today if turtle and ryno were concerned about blowback.

There is no evidence that I’ve seen indicating Wasserman Shultz’s brother David is overseeing, supervising, or even involved in the Awan legal case. He may BE involved in it, but no one has the evidence. David does work in the same D.C. District office that’s handling the case, but any claims beyond that haven’t been substantiated to my knowledge.

There are many bots operating on social media, and I suspect they’re doing everything they can to water down the truth and make it easier later to make “wingnut conspiracy” claims. In this case, there’s a screenshot someone made of the Wasserman-Shultz family (see gawker article) that got this rumor started. Then someone with a large following retweeted it (George Webb, I think), and STILL there was no evidence given. Too late! It’s “established fact” now.

Having said all that, if David Wasserman is really involved in the Awan case, isn’t that downright illegal? Any lawyers out there?

Politico can be posted in the Blogger section...which drives me crazy. I forget and post in News and have to redo the post every time I post from Politico. Not sure why Politico in particular is targeted. They aren’t any worse than any other liberal news outlet. In fact, I think they covered the WikiLeaks more than some others.

As well they should, and not only at the ballot box but with criminal prosecutions into Hillary’s kickback schemes while at the State Dept. as well as the Obama Justice Department and FBI obstructing justice, not to mention Debbie Downer and her Paki IT guy.

Love your letter. I’d send it to my congressman, but unfortunately mine is that awful John Lewis. Truth is that the sorry voters of Atlanta will never vote him out. The only one who can term limit John Lewis is God, and I hope He will do that soon!

Mueller is assembling a team of Clinton lawyers and donors.
The only target is Trump.

Yes, the first Amendment does indeed apply to the people. We all know about the odd subset of people who believe that the Bill of Rights only applies in DC and on Federal property, but it is completely wrong.

“They are going to destroy any evidence that incriminates Dems.”

Maybe so, but they would be compounding their crimes. At some point, when they realize they can’t pin anything on Trump, it will make sense for them to drop the investigation - rather than dig a deeper hole for themselves.

That’s what I’m predicting; suddenly the Democrats will drop it like a hot potato. The question is, will Trump let them drop it. Some think Trump is purposely stirring the pot to keep the investigation going, and intends to redirect it toward the Dems.

Three things that will come to pass. Special Council, Robert Mueller will destroy what decent reputation he had, if he had any, The Democrat Party will suffer terrific self-inflicted political losses in the 2018 Mid-Term elections and, the Republican Establishment will also suffer massive losses of primary elections held prior to the 2018 Mid-Term elections.

I have already informed my congressman, Brian Mast(FLA-18thCD), because he did not verbally demand that Congress take no recess time off until Obamacare, Tax Reform & Infrastructure Renewal bills are passed and signed into by POTUS, Trump, that he did not openly and verbally support POTUS, Trump, publicly, that he did not demand that Paul Ryan be removed as Speaker of the House....I will not be casting my vote for him in 2018.

I will cast my vote via write-in for “MICKEY MOUSE”!!! IMHO...We must politically, totally destroy the entire Democrat Party and, the entire Republican Party Establishment RINOs politically in the Mid-Term Elections of 2018.

I think there are many parallels to Clinton.

- the opposition is completely confused and out of touch with why/how the other side won. I recall thinking how can anyone like Bill. Also how can there left be ok wroth his womanizing. Anti-trumpsters can’t believe Trump won... They don’t understand why the religious right still support him.

- the opposition media is unloading daily to get him impeached. They “know” the rest of America will be relieved and appreciate it when he it’s impeached. Then common sense will return.

- both had independent counsels looking into them. Clinton at least had an alleged crime they were looking into.

I think Trump is about to drop the hammer on Mueller because of the team of lawyers working under Mueller makes an impartial investigation impossible.

Yes, the first Amendment does indeed apply to the people.

Really?

How exactly does "Congress shall make no law..." apply to "The People"? (unless they become members of Congress)

The Bill of Rights protects the people from the Federal Government.

We all know about the odd subset of people who believe that the Bill of Rights only applies in DC and on Federal property, but it is completely wrong.

It says what it says. And I never implied either of those things. On the other hand, where else, but DC, would Congress go to make laws?

I live in Phoenix - from this map you can see the cancer that California is exporting to adjacent states when their disillusioned population emigrates. Check out AZ, NV, and UT.

I believe those decreases in western states are mostly from the McMuffin Mormans.

or i am filing a formal complaint to the inspector general of teh department of justice. just the first part.

Notice to Office of Inspector General of the Department of Justice of the united States.
CC: Library of Congress
CC: Office of the President of the united States
CC: Charles Grassley in his appointed capacity as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee of the united States

I, Keith van Brunt, a citizen of Pennsylvania, one of the several States which has formed the united States, am exercising my God bestowed right to redress grievance for these several governments failure to establish justice for which purpose it has been instituted.
The Department of Justice of the united States shall be considered on Notice for the failure to faithfully carry out the laws of the united States as promulgated in 28 CFR 600 sections 1 though 10. The officers of the Department of Justice of the united States appointed Attorney General Jeffery Sessions, Acting At tourney General Rod Rosenstein, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, fired confessed felon James Comey and several members of Congress , are currently and flagrantly in breach of their oaths of office and are conspiring to commit fraud surrounding the establishment and operation of a Department of Justice Special Counsel. This notice shall not be limited to officers of the Department of Justice, or to citizens currently participating in the unlawful Special Counsel, or to members of the congress who are obstructing the justice of the united States in violation of the laws of the united States and it’s fundamental constitution.
Grievance,The First: The ORDER NO. 3915-2017 published by Acting Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein violates 28 CFR 600.1 through 10 which describes the regulations for appointing a special counsel to the attorney general of the attorney general of the united States. This order is fraudulent on it’s face. ( See exhibit A ). The order is fraudulent in that it fails to provide grounds, alternatives, qualifications of the special counsel, jurisdiction of the crime to be investigated, use of qualified Justice Department staff, as other requirements of the 28 CFR 600. The order (exhibit A) specifically ignores sections one through three which specify grounds, alternatives, qualifications, jurisdiction, and the staffing of the office of special counsel. This appears to be done with knowledge aforethought and with understanding of 28 CFR 600 sections one through 10 which are the regulations governing the appointing of special counsel to the Justice Department of the united States.
