Regarding pay, how are the drug company top executives worth $20,000,000 a year more or less. One thing Congress could do is allow the government to negotiate drug prices for Medicare and Medicaid. Another, have govt. employees including Congress take the same plan as everyone else. Regarding term limits, all that does is allow the lobbyists to remain as the only ones with contacts and institutional memory.
