A bipartisan pair of senators has introduced a bill aimed at protecting Robert Mueller, the special counsel overseeing the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, should President Trump decide to fire him.

Nobody has to write a directive that the Senate cannot pass any laws.
The Senate is doing pretty good at not passing laws at all, entirely on their own, no help from anybody.
The RINOs will team up with the dimoKKKRATs and over ride the Presidents veto.

Some senators should pass legislation demanding the termination of Mueller and disbanding the committee as there was no crime stipulated and it is a waste of time and money.
The Russian problem has been rampant since before the cold war, in fact it is less today then it was then.
We need a convention of the states to hold treason trials and hangings on the national mall.
What good is passing more laws when nobody in D.C. is following them?
There needs to be CONSEQUENCES to flouting the law.

Isn’t it great though, that the Senate can move briskly to pass sanctions the president doesn’t want, and protections for the special counsel, but can’t find the time or motivation to do a damn thing regarding Obamacare repeal and tax reform?
Repeal of the 17th Amendment alone will have a tremendous effect on the DC swamp.
