Special Counsel Robert Mueller has impaneled a grand jury in Washington to investigate Russia's interference in the 2016 elections, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing two people familiar with the matter. That's a sign that his inquiry is growing in intensity and entering a new phase, the report said. Legal experts quoted by the newspaper say the move suggests he believes he will need to subpoena records

If sessions was any kind of a man with a spine he would call a press conference and make the following statement:
"I an un-recusing myself and reasserting my position and authority as Attorney General over the entire Justice Department.
After 8 months of intense investigation there has been no evidence or documentaion presented that links the president with any Russian interference in the 2016 election and it is time for the nation and the Justice Department to focus on more pressing issues."
He is completely surrounded by traitors, cowards and members of the deep state who would prefer to burn the country to the ground before allowing him to succeed.
They will ask numerous people the same old question 50 different ways and if they get even one response that is not the same they will be slapped with perjury.
It's an easy game and no one plays it beter than these criminals.
So they could stack the Grand Jury with Trump Haters.
Washington DC is 49% black and 8.3% Hispanic.
In the 2016 election Washington DC voted 93.8% for Hillary Clinton and only 4.1% for President Trump.
Imagine the makeup and politics of the Grand Jury drawn from that population.

At this point, the politics that get reported on are the “Circus” component for educated people. Our rulers know that they need to provide bread & circuses to keep the plebians happy. Are you not entertained?
This is a reasonable assertion in my mind.
Sessions or the DoJ may be about to terminate the entire investigation OR announce a counter investigation; as a result, Mueller may have gotten word and is trying to preempt by publicly calling for a Grand Jury to be assembled.
Another possibility is Mueller is going to zag when we all think he will zig and he will go after a 3rd party to bring this to closure. Such as, Russia and Fusion colluded to attack both sides and create chaos. Why would he do this if he wants to take down Trump? Because of Awan. Notice how quickly things accelerated when he was arrested.

Okay I thought he was a special counsel who only had the power to furnish a report to the attorney general that hired him. Since when does he have the power to appoint a grand jury, bring charges, and things of that nature? He’s not a special prosecutor.
The foundation of our government and the trust placed in it relies more on on honesty, morality and respect for the constitution and law than anything else.
At its heart, it is an honor system - just like the voting system.
For eight long years Barack Obama and the democrats demonstrated that our laws can be broken and the constitution ignored without repercussions.
Basically Obama said "We can do whatever we want, regardless of rules and laws."
Even the republicans let him get away with it with nary a whimper.
He opened the gates and emboldened the left.
Today we see the results in the open disregard for the election, the laws and the constitution in the widespread and relentless attack against the president.
There never was leaking from the inner circle to the extent we see today.
People in government just don't care about right, wrong, oaths, honor or morality anymore.
They promise anything but do what they want.
That would include the republicans who promised to repeal Obamacare but then voted against the repeal bills.
They help set the example for others that anything goes.
By example they say "You must be honest and honorable and obey the rules but we don't have to."
Senators may as well pass a law to make themselves President.
It’s a leak that this is happening and who knows if it really is or if it’s fake news or some game the prosecutor is playing in the media.

So since there is a precedent with Starr, we can’t expect Mueller to find no Russian connection; say “Oh well...”; then head home empty handed.
I just don’t understand why Trump didn’t fire Mueller after Comey testified. Washington is hopelessly corrupt to the core. This isn’t at all about doing what’s right. This is about removing Trump by any means possible. Taking every avenue to destroy Trump. This is about sedition, coup. That’s all it is. I just don’t understand why Trump hasn’t named four or five SP’s to investigate Susan Rice, the Clintons, Seth Rich, Debbie S,the IRS scandal, and on and on and on. Investigate the investigators. They are destroying people for political power. The media, Hollywood, the Democrats, the GOP are all enemies of America. Trump needs to understand this is a civil War. All the crimes of the left need to be exposed.
