They are destroying our democracy. What form of gov. comes next? I guess we will find out soon enough.
What form? A police/surveillance state with limits on what can be said and done. Liberty will be gone and the citizen subjects will do what they are told or else. Also, unlimited immigration will resume to replace the recalcitrant fly over country middle class.
Dictatorship always follows Democracy.
