A retired Navy SEAL Team 6 hero who is transgender had a message for President Donald Trump after he announced the US military would bar transgender people from serving. "Let's meet face to face and you tell me I'm not worthy," Kristin Beck, a 20-year veteran of the Navy SEALs, told Business Insider on Wednesday. "Transgender doesn't matter. Do your service." Beck said Trump's abrupt change in policy could negatively affect many currently or wanting to serve in the military. The RAND Corporation estimated in 2016 that there were between 1,320 and 6,630 transgender people serving. Many of them just want to serve their country like everyone else, Beck said. "Being transgender doesn't affect anyone else," Beck said of the transgender ban. "We are liberty's light. If you can't defend that for everyone that's an American citizen, that's not right."

I met one tranny when I was in the Air Force. He (she/it) was a civilian, retired Air Force and worked in contracting.
I had to see him (her/it) every time I needed to buy new PCs or LAN parts.
Ugliest man I have ever seen, had boobs and a beard and wore a dress. Had 3 kids and a divorced wife.
That was in 1996-97
Other than that thing, I never saw an obvious tranny in 20 years. I figure I would have seen a few.

Not quite the same thing; the dude retired, THEN decided he was “transgender”, and had the “lopadickoffme” surgery. However, the thing this SEAL forgets is that no matter what HE does, HE is still going to be genetically, and chromosomally, XY - or male. Period. End of story.

For women transitioning to men the cost is considerably more expensive. It is quite a complicated procedure and because of it complexity, much can go wrong. Some estimates lower-end cost of a metoidioplasty—a procedure that “frees” a hormone therapy-enlarged clitoris from the body for use as a phallus—at $2,000. That said, there are estimates of more complex metoidioplasties, as well as procedures that add testicles and involve full phalloplasties that top $100,000. Often double mastectomies, ranging in cost from $15,000 to $25,000, and sometimes hysterectomies, which run from $7,500 to $11,50o, are also performed.
The result would make our great military into a magnet for those who have a mental illness called gender dysphoria which would make the the voluntary military a costume party, at the least, and, at the most, a huge cost to the taxpayer.
What do we have to lose? For the Left, America's military supremacy and a fall of America as a world power.
