Minnesota officials have identified and located a key witness to the officer-involved shooting that killed an Australian bride-to-be in Minneapolis last weekend.
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Apprehension announced in a press release Friday night that its agents interviewed the witness, who was seen riding a bike in the area immediately before the shooting and stopped at the scene to watch as two Minneapolis police officers provided medical assistance to Justine Ruszczyk.

I never heard what was really going on in the alley that prompted her call...was somebody getting raped or assaulted? Maybe the bike person knows.

Justine's 911 call has been summarized, it may even be in the public record in it's entirety. She called the police because she heard very loud sex. After listening for a while, she still couldn't be sure, but believed it was likely the woman was not voluntarily engaged, so she called the police.
No good deed...

No one seems the least bit curious about the assault that she called 911 about. There are just no real reporters these days.
And I wonder how they found the bicyclist and I wonder what he told them.

Maybe they need to visit his house to get a statement and, “oops, we shot him”.

No additional information there! Don’t bother going there.
The carpet-munching police chief has resigned. Don’t worry. She/it will be offered a higher-paying job in some liberal city such as Portland Oregon.

OK - Who wants to hear the tin-foil hyper-speculative stealth-nitro BOMBSHELL! theory of the day?
Caveat - there is no proof whatsoever (at least at this point) that this is correct.
Justine (victim) heard “loud sex” in the alley.
She concluded that it wasn’t voluntary, i.e. *Rape*.
Upon giving her report to the driving officer, the passenger officer (Noor) realized that she was about to put the finger on him as the rapist.
Noor decided to “solve” his problem in a very permanent manner.

When you realize these articles are not written to report news, but to evoke a social or political emotion, this type of reporting is very easy to understand.

After listening for a while, she still couldn't be sure, but believed it was likely the woman was not voluntarily engaged, so she called the police. The problem I have with this account is this: Why would a woman who thinks a sex crime is taking place in a dark alley outside her residence then go out into that alley wearing only pajamas?

He came forward after public pleas. Looks like he’s not really a shooting witness at all, but stopped and took some cell phone video after she was laid out and the officers were over her.

Hmmm. This is one example of no leaks.
( Too bad our intelligence community can’t meet the Minneapolis standard.)
Anxious to know how this Noor guy avoids a guilty verdict, given the incomprehensible excuses he must create to get out of this.
His partner, Harrity, will be deciding to cover for him or to expose him. Now comes a witness. The two witnesses better be similar story tellers.
