Justine's 911 call has been summarized, it may even be in the public record in it's entirety. She called the police because she heard very loud sex. After listening for a while, she still couldn't be sure, but believed it was likely the woman was not voluntarily engaged, so she called the police.

Caveat - there is no proof whatsoever (at least at this point) that this is correct.
Justine (victim) heard “loud sex” in the alley.
She concluded that it wasn’t voluntary, i.e. *Rape*.
Upon giving her report to the driving officer, the passenger officer (Noor) realized that she was about to put the finger on him as the rapist.
Noor decided to “solve” his problem in a very permanent manner.

The problem I have with this account is this: Why would a woman who thinks a sex crime is taking place in a dark alley outside her residence then go out into that alley wearing only pajamas?
