President Trump is talking to Senator Ted Cruz and others about what they would do differently as Attorney General, should Jeff Sessions resign, as reports indicate.

White House sources also report President Trump was truthful when he made comments expressing buyer’s remorse over appointing Jeff Sessions to the role. Trump staffers believe Sessions, Donald Trump Jr, and Rohrabacher aide Paul Behrends were unfairly scapegoated due to the left-wing Russia narrative.

In addition, a replacement for special prosecutor Bob Mueller is being acitvely discussed as the President weighs the decision to fire the Rosenstein-appointed prosecutor. Many within the Trump camp see Mueller as acting in bad faith with the investigation due to partisanship, and are urging the appointment of a truly independent alternative.

Facing criticism as a political witch hunt by many, Bob Mueller has hired a who’s who of liberal activists as his team of prosecuting attorneys. Research on Muller’s prosecutors is being conducted for the administration by Chuck Johnson’s team. Finally, top Trump donors are funding their own research operation independent of the White House in order to push back against the media’s fake Russia narrative conspiracy theory.

I can't imagine a scenario where Donald Trump fires Mueller.

He absolutely might fire Mueller. Indeed, if he doesn't the Special Counsel will be doing de facto opposition research for the Democrat party all the way through the 2020 election cycle. And Robert Mueller has already indicated his willingness to expand his investigation without limit.

Mark my words, Robert Mueller—an Establishment icon who is loaded with conflicts of interest, and who has hired a who's who of partisan Democrat lawyers for his team—is either going to be replaced, or the Special Counsel will be shut down altogether...

It amazes me that the Courts don't see what's in plain view in the Constitution.

Preamble

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article I Section 2

The House of Representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year by the people of the several states...

We the People gave ourselves the power to directly elect our representatives to the House of Representatives in the United States Congress. If you cannot vote for a Representative, then you are NOT We the People.

We the People "ordain[ed] and establish[ed] this Constitution... in Order to... secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity." It is clear that Kamala Harris' parents could not vote for the House of Representatives, therefore they were not "We the People." This means that Kamala Harris is not the "Posterity" of "We the People."

The "natural born citizen" clause was meant to secure the presidency. It has the tighter requirement of "natural born citizen" in contrast to Congress which only required "citizen." In other words, "citizen" equaled "We the People," while "natural born citizen" equaled "Posterity of We the People."

Kamala Harris is not the Posterity of We the People, therefore she is not a natural born citizen.

Very succinctly put.

Children of foreign nationals are not naturally US citizens when they can also be citizens of other countries.

The ineligibles have many fans here who want every anchor baby, Winston Churchill (mother was American) and the King of Thailand (born here) to be eligible to be President.

The only part under their control would be actual leaks where people inside the administration hierarchy are talking out of school.

I know that does happen, but I suspect the vast majority of the rumors and nonsense attributed to “anonymous sources close to the administration” are just that; nonsense.

All the MSM needs to do to create fake news is make up a story that makes Trump look bad and claim the information came from inside sources who cannot be revealed.

Why go to all the trouble and hard work of being a real journalist; finding, developing and incentivizing actual whistleblowers within the Trump team who will risk their careers to betray their team, when you can get away with just making shit up?

Plus, making shit up is far less limiting than sticking to the truth. Let’s say the truth is that Trump is doing nothing wrong and his team is having success after success? What fun is that?

Your boss at CNN, NYT, MSNBC etc does not want the true but boring story, they want the fake news from fake leaks about fake turmoil and fake swirling.

That they are included in the last is not denied. In fact the whole argument of the plaintiffs proceeds upon that idea.

It sure does! The new AG would be grilled as to how they would handle the Russia investigation and they should simple say I can’t comment on an ongoing investigation that would be inappropriate and repeat ad-nauseam until the senators talked themselves into a stupor.

Sessions is a genuine Southern gentleman, which is exactly what we don’t need. Right now we need one mean, nasty, sob of a conservative to take on the left. The nation needs someone who can take on and destroy the swamp rats. Two thirds of Congress and most of the D.C. bureaucracy belongs in prison.
