I agree with what you write. With Melania’s actions of kindness, I’m reminded of DJT refusing to walk by Ben Carson when he didn’t hear his name. Other candidates smiled and walked by. DJT reached out his hand of friendship/fellowship to help another.
I call it civility. It is not as evident in our “it’s all about me” world. I’m glad our first family has such values.

I know the photo is just an instant in time - but the first time I saw it, it shows a kindness but also a level of respect by Melania. I recall being out with my elderly mom (RIP) that was VERY sharp up until the very end.
She would be at the check-out counter or some place and often the people would sort of talk-down to her like she couldn’t do anything for herself.
I asked her if that bothered her. (At 95 she was still driving a little, walking a mile everyday, living by herself, kept track of all her banking accounts, etc.)
“Oh no. They’re just trying to help - so it doesn’t bother me.”
She was very wise too!
"Respect your elders" was drilled into ours heads from childhood. Both boys and girls.
The President and Mrs. Trump are showing a great deal of dignity during these visits. It’s really nice!

Melania is such a class act and sweetheart. The MSM must be foaming at the mouth that they have to ignore her goodness and had to cover the first wookie. I am sure they are infinitely jealous that Obama did not have a sweet wife like Melania. They would love to cover such a Democrat. But then a Democrat first lady would not be able to be such a class act, by liberal definition.

In 2005 the presidency wasn’t anywhere on Donald Trump’s Radar. Moreover, Trump met Melania in 1998 and dated her for 7 years before marrying her. This was love. It had nothing to do with politics.
I am so glad that angry, ugly communist is out of the white house. I’m talking about Moosechelle but the same could be said of her husband as well. Well, I don’t find him ugly. She is.
The kindness in her eyes says it all for me.

According to Melania, Donald was impressed with her outlook on life (and she with his), and their skills of making a home and family first and center in their lives.
