We went to a Pat Boone concert a year or so ago in Oak Ridge, TN, and he mentioned he had written the lyrics to “Exodus”. He’s extremely pro-Israel, and apparently has been for decades.

In 1970, Robert K. Dornan hosted a news commentary show on TV and used this as its theme song. The show didn't last long, but Dornan, later known as B-1 Bob for his advocacy of the bomber, would go on to have a colorful career in Congress.

My Daughter lives in Claremore, the setting for “Oklahoma”. There were several good ones in that movie including “Oklahoma”.

Two great films!
There was a beautiful old Scottish lullaby in a film made in the 1930s. The movie was “Edge Of The World”, and the song was “Dream Angus” done by the Glasgow Orpheus Women’s Choir.
