I think Henry Mancini wrote the music.

We went to a Pat Boone concert a year or so ago in Oak Ridge, TN, and he mentioned he had written the lyrics to “Exodus”. He’s extremely pro-Israel, and apparently has been for decades.

The theme to “Patton”.

In 1970, Robert K. Dornan hosted a news commentary show on TV and used this as its theme song. The show didn't last long, but Dornan, later known as B-1 Bob for his advocacy of the bomber, would go on to have a colorful career in Congress.

My Daughter lives in Claremore, the setting for “Oklahoma”. There were several good ones in that movie including “Oklahoma”.

There was a beautiful old Scottish lullaby in a film made in the 1930s. The movie was “Edge Of The World”, and the song was “Dream Angus” done by the Glasgow Orpheus Women’s Choir.

We went to a Pat Boone concert a year or so ago in Oak Ridge, TN, and he mentioned he had written the lyrics to “Exodus”

Indeed, he did, and his version scored in the early weeks of 1961, shortly after Ferrante & Teicher's instrumental version was released.
