Complete Headline: Trump is blasted for 'repugnant' request for voter records to 'indulge his fantasy that he won the popular vote' as 41 states refuse to comply

President Trump has been blasted for requesting sensitive voter data as 41 states ruled out handing the information over.

So far just three states - Colorado, Tennessee and Missouri - have agreed, while three more are considering it and another three say they have not received the request.

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh was particularly scathing in his refusal, calling the request illegal and 'repugnant'.

In a statement, Mr Frosh said the request was 'designed only to intimidate voters and indulge President Trump's fantasy that he won the popular vote'.

The Donald's request is particularly repugnant because it will prove widespread voter fraud by us Democrats ...

Yes, and what about the states with republican governors and state officials? Not all of those 41 states refusing to comply are headed up by democrats.

Which is more “repugnant.” President Trump’s request for voter data to fight election fraud or the obama administration gathering the nation’s medical records via unsecured obamacare exchanges?

Yeah, I don’t get that. I guess perhaps a recourse would be to suggest the US import 10 million “Christian refugees”.

Repugnant not only to DIMs, but also to some repubs. Under the mistaken notion in this case of states’ rights, they neglect their duties to our Republic. There is fraud but those in “power” appear to benefit from such fraud. If every state had a voter ID requirement, this would be taken care of. Ev every state should remove this stain on our Republic. Many politicians are at all levels of government are dishonest buffoons.

They, the states and attorney generals, would get a lot more satisfaction by allowing Trump to get at the voter records and prove to himself and the country, that he did, in fact, lose the popular vote count. That would be a big embarrassment to Trump and to republicans. But no, there is a fear from those states that Trump could be proven right, and that they have been electing many thousands of people via the illegal voters and via the dead voters. I’d say that Trump is winning this one, even if he doesn’t get the voter registrations.

Donald needs to have DOJ look into the refusal to handover voting data. There could be wrongdoing afoot. Could mean violations of several laws....and a RICO conspiracy by state officials.

(A) many states assiduously advertise their voting data for sale;

(B) the states certify the data is authentic and usable;

(C) the state take money for the data.

DOJ needs to consider full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) because:

<><> (1) tax-paid state personnel

<><> (2) were employed by a publicly-funded sales enterprise,

<><> (3) that engaged in, and/or affected interstate commerce,

<><>(4) the tax-paid persons colluded to operate and manage the enterprise

<><> (5) through a “dedicated pattern” of racketeering activity,

<><> (6) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

What are the “democrat” liberals trying to hide? They say there is no voter fraud going on. Why not just turn over their “voter” data and PROVE IT to us. That’ll shut us up.

“This entire Trump Commission On Voting Integrity is based on the
specious and false notion that there was widespread voter fraud last
November,” Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe...”

=================================================

REFERENCE---Voter fraud 'much more widespread' than Virginia, Pennsylvania;
Trump 'not prepared' to deal with illegal onslaught

Oct 2016, WND

A new report by a national watchdog organization found evidence of major voter fraud going on in Virginia and Pennsylvania, but the problems are likely affecting many more states, says the group’s leader. The same organization that uncovered fraud in Virginia and in Philadelphia – the Public Interest Legal Foundation – is also filing lawsuits claiming voter fraud is taking place in Broward County, Florida, and in Wake County, North Carolina. And, WND has learned, an investigation by a separate watchdog group in Maryland has uncovered major irregularities there.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation’s report found more than 1,000 instances of illegal immigrants or non-citizens being registered to vote in just eight Virginia counties. They cast nearly 200 ballots in elections before being purged from voter rolls. The other 125 counties in Virginia did not provide data, so the problem is much more widespread than the small sample would indicate, said attorney J. Christian Adams, who represents the foundation.

Attorney J. Christian Adams: “It’s not just these two states,” Adams said. “These are just the two states we focused on.” Most states fail to purge their voter rolls of non-U.S. citizens – those here illegally and those here legally but who are not citizens, said Adams. The problem is getting the data. Refusing to crack down

Adams, a former U.S. Department of Justice lawyer who authored the book “Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department,” said states have plenty of tools they could use to purge their voter rolls of fraudulent voters, but they refuse to use those tools. One of the tools is the jury-duty process. Persons who register to vote get placed in the pool of jury duty applicants in most states, but it’s only when they get a notice calling them to serve on a jury that many will then admit they are not citizens. There are methods of cross-checking the jury duty rolls, as well as the driver’s license rolls.

“I wish Virginia was doing that,” Adams said. “The governor vetoed legislation last year that would have required it.” So how were the illegal voters caught in Virginia? “These people lied when they got a driver’s license, their license came up for renewal and then they told the truth and it set off a flag,” Adams said. Basically, they turned themselves in.

The foundation’s report shows the majority of fraud consists of non-citizens lying on voter registration forms, saying they are U.S. citizens when they are not. Federal law makes this a felony, but offenders are rarely prosecuted. States all use the same voter registration form, which places them on the “honor system,” essentially taking the word of the applicant that he or she is a U.S. citizen when they check the box declaring their citizenship, Adams said.

“We have to be on the honor system because of the 1993 National Voter Registration Act, also called the motor voter law,” Adams said. “It’s a federally mandated form.”

It is entirely possible that Terry McAuliffe, governor of the state of Virginia-—refusing to handover voting data——(includes forty-one states, to date)——may be engaged in state and federal wrongdoing, including, but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act) 18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government regarding voting results),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241 (Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate 4th amendment rights.

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with a federally funded enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Taxpayers demand the following agencies commence investigations of liberal campus activities at once:

<><> FBI — Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ’s Criminal Division— Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division—Organized Crime and Gang Section.

Hmmm. When President Trump made the claim about illegal votes, they all screamed he had no proof. Now he wants to get to the bottom of it (before 2018) and they are obstructing.

I suspect Trump not only won the popular vote, but Hussein did NOT win legally in 2012.

Whenever dishonest shaming goes on, one is quite right to deduce an agenda. A respectful decline would show far more integrity. But our dear ‘Rats can’t help but out themselves.

Keep the brassiness up, Donald.
