The boyz forget who’s paying the freight at the stadium and advertising. You can’t attract fans with a league that is so demographically skewed. Less than 10% of the players are American born caucasian. The other “whites” are a combination of Latin Americans and Europeans (and a few token Asian players). It’s not simply a white vs. black issue. I can admire the talents of Michael Jordan, Dr. J., Oscar Robertson, Wilt, Kareem, etc. But the NBA has gone all-in with the hiphop culture which is a turnoff for anyone except kids under 20 and urban blacks.
