John was a fiercely loyal FRiend to us and loved by many. We will all miss him.

We want to spend some time with all of John's FRiends and honor this amazing person.

We’ve had a topsy turvy week. Hubby made an emergency trip to Florida to get his mom. She has now moved in with us and we’re trying to get her settled. I am still coming with pies as long as no one minds my 5 yr old granddaughter who is attached at my hip this summer. Lloyd will need to stay home with his mom.

While I was in Alabama with my older daughter’s family I missed 3 NASCAR races. I do record ALL races here at home and have the race at Pocono from 3 weeks ago playing now. This seems appropriate as I’m about to start the pies now and first met John on the NASCAR threads back in around ‘03 or ‘04. I am teared up thinking of him this morning as I watch this race and start on the banana cream pie.
