Mitch McConnell has put the Senate Obamacare Repeal and Replace Bill in the leadership of Ted Cruz. McConnell has appointed a GOP Working Group led by Cruz to write a Repeal and Replace Bill. This process bypasses the Senate Committees. This new Senate Bill will go directly to the Senate floor for a vote.
Great if true:
We are saboutaged again. Repeal. Period. No replace.
One of two things: They are serious and think that Cruz will steamroll only good changes to the House bill, or
They think it will fail badly and want Cruz attached to it.
No idea which.
And vice-versa, a lot of Ted Cruz supporters have hated Trump as well and they can’t get over it.
Not good that Cornyn is there but no Susan Collins is a PLUS.
Outright repeal alone will not come remotely close to passing in either house.

let’s see who dares oppose repeal and then take it from there.
Hopefully door number one, but I have no faith in congress.
Cruz wants to use reconciliation. I thought McTurdle didn’t want to do that.

Trump PROMISED PP would be defended, the evangelicals came out in droves to get Trump over the finish line this IS A PROMISE that should NOT be broken!!! Cruz will be the ONLY one who can get this DAMNED bill to defund!!!!
If #1, then we’ll see how smart Cruz really is. If he can turn that into a win, he’s fully redeemed himself from the primary.
I say eliminate Obamacare as of Dec. 31, 2018. Debate it during the fall election season.
just means she’ll veto it. It’s better to get everyones hands dirty so they can’t just yell from the stands
I have no doubt he is very smart, but has he learned the art of the deal?
There was never any reason to “hate on” Ted
I just wish he was smart enough to have taken Trump’s offer of the VP spot early on, and saved us all a lot of hassle,
But, I would have hated to see him leave the Senate. He is fantastic in The Senate.
I was thinking it will be option b also.
When did Trump ever offer Cruz the VP spot? Sure there was speculation in the media, but when did it actually happen?
