ISIS is nothing more than the fusion of Zarqawi’s al Tawhid, Krekar’s Ansar group, and Saddam Hussein Gen. al Duri’s followers, under a common name. These groups have been working together with Russia’s ally Syria’s support since at least 2002 ... and Syria was repaid for its support when they started shipping oil from ISIS-held oilfields in Iraq that it captured after we precipitously withdrew under Obama... ISIS shipped its oil through Syria’s port city with Assad’s full knowledge to get it to market for cash. So no, ISIS was NOT “created recently” by the US to promote a gas pipeline- it’s been supplying oil to the market all along.
The Russians and Iran push that “US created ISIS for a pipeline” theory, which is false. If we wanted a pipeline through there all that need be done is offer Assad a cut of the profits... but Russia and Iran won’t allow that, both of which need Syria far more than anyone else does.

Great pic. Have been cruising the networks. Looks like they got the DNC talking points down. All saying the same thing.

For those of you who missed it, Sean Hannity and his guests were stellar tonight. Don't miss the section with Jay Sekulow, Sara Carter and Lou Dobbs. Dobbs pushing for reopening the Hillary investigation and Sekulow describes how to proceed. Also, Sean opens with, "This is my most important opening monologue ever." It was a good one. Whole show was excellent.

Sean Hannity Show, May 9, 2017

The Sekulow, Carter and Dobbs section starts at 26:16. Great segment.

Reopen the Hillary investigation tomorrow!!

“No comparison to Nixon...”

Well, there may be differences, but it’s wrong to say there’s no comparison. For one thing, both the Watergate investigation and the RussiaGate investigation are nothingburgers.

The biggest difference is that Nixon lost the good faith of the people, and eventually resigned - Trump will never resign regardless of what they throw at him. It’s just not in his vocabulary.

Perhaps if Nixon had a Twitter account he could have escaped their clutches.

Thanks for your interesting feedback. So Russia isn't fighting ISIS? Assad isn't? So we're the only ones fighting ISIS? You seem very knowledgeable in this area. The whole ISIS conundrum and who they're allied with is very confusing at times.

I understand Syria, Iran and Russia have mutual interests. I guess I don't see where ISIS fits in the big picture. They're business partners with Syria but Russia wants their own pipeline? And Turkey, where are they in the big picture? The whole thing is such a mess, I don't see how we benefit by getting much more involved in Syria. Too much for this guy in Idaho. : )

All of history is most likely inaccurate to some extent.

Some major parts of human history are likely complete fabrication.

There are several cross references of this event today.....yours was interesting as well....but I doubt the outcry was as what we’re seeing over Comeys getting canned.

Maybe it’s the dems have had their pants in knots for so long now this just tightens them up all the more....and the media is just plain in meltdown...AGAIN! A show all it’s own!

You can bet witch Hillary has slithered back in the woods....for the time being. And I wonder what we’ll hear now from Obama who thinks he’s still relevant. Gosh I wish both of them would just bow out of the arena!

The rabid left would have had the same kind of meltdown anytime that Trump got rid of Comey. If he had done it in the first days they would have been even more adamant that President Trump was trying to cover up something. Cleaning these Augean Stables of DC would be a Herculean task at any time. Trump has chosen a moment when Comey had just embarrassed himself with false testimony which the FBI had to quickly correct, and when the AG and Deputy AG had taken time to deliberately review and discuss extensive input from many past AGs and Deputy AGs. Seems well handled to me.

Yes..Pete and re-Pete unending.....like tire stuck in it's track spinning.

Anderson Cooper was far more than irritated with Kelly tonight....he could easily do a commercial on hyperventilating!...my gosh they're all gasping for breath and look like they're ready to spring a leak... trying to spin their own story......stunning really.

I kind of feel sorry for Comey finding out he’s fired that way.

Wait - no I don’t!

To really drain the swamp a lot of people need to get fired. A lot of government workers need to find out they’re fired. There’s no easy way to get fired and I hope Trump doesn’t spend a lot of effort trying to spare feelings.

Actually, I think this country really needed a good “You’re Fired!” moment. I hope there are many more to come. I want to see an endless trail of humiliated government workers, in tears, carrying their cardboard boxes out if some buildings - then I want to see pictures of lots of empty government buildings with yellow tape.

Look, I have a dear sister-in-law in the CIA (I think) and I hope she gets spared - but the private sector has been devastated by this tyrannical federal government for a century and a half and the cruelty of that is immeasurable, the government needs to be cut back severely. The bandaid needs to be ripped off.

If we’re going to worry about whether a corrupt FBI Director was fired in a nice enough way.... I worry the swamp will never get drained.

Know what I mean?

Well Nixon was pretty paranoid there at the end....which had always been a problem for him anyway. So he let the badgering and wearing him down get to him.......which would also be Trumps if he lets his guard down on this Russia nonsense.

I honestly don’t care if Russia was trying to influence our elections or not.....they all do it in other countries and likely none so much as we do towaard other nations.

Somehow Hillary accepting millions of overseas “donations”, which are illegal, isn’t treated the same but as usual swept under the rug.

Not sure where this thing with the General is going to end up....he was actually working with Obama before he ever came close to Trump, when he was supposedly doing his Russia thing.

At any rate....they’ll eventually get to the bottom of it and then spin it anyway as usual...they all do it.

Well Hillarys been investing gops of money into this thing....so she wants it to go weather she won or not....

I do wonder though...how that’s going to work if Israels Oil opens up even further...that would certainly put a damper on both pipelines.

“I don’t think America would have accepted it back then. We still believed in morality and integrity Remember it was the greatest generation”

I was about to concede the point but then I remembered JFK - this double standard predated Nixon, despite the greatest generation. Where were the high moral standards of the greatest generation when JFK’s scandals were swept under the rug?

Unless you believe JFK deserved his legacy of Camelot, and that Nixon deserved his infamy.

I do not.

“nixon was about to b impeached righty or wrongly. The next few months he would have been paralyzed by the process. He resigned because he thought it was best for the country.”

Yeah, I’ve heard that a million times - that’s the way the story is always told.

But Clinton actually WAS impeached. He chose to tough it out and endure the impeachment. If he had resigned to avoid impeachment, what would his legacy be today? Clinton gets to enjoy half the country (democrats) thinking he was the best president ever - a political genius - an economic genius.

Then, years later after people find out what a witch he was married to, most people can’t blame him for getting it on the side.

Nixon, on the other hand, by resigning, sealed his fate - it was like pleading guilty to everything he was accused of.

Just sayin’

what you heard was true. I followed the house hearings. That’s why he resigned. I know what happened to clinton and that doesn’t change what happened to Nixon. The votes were in place and they gave him an opportunity to leave on his own.
I would like to hear your rendition of these historical facts.
