House GOP leaders are expressing confidence that the Republican-sponsored American Health Care Act (AHCA) to repeal and replace Obamacare will pass Thursday afternoon, though it will face an uncertain path in the Senate.
"This will pass," House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-California, told reporters as he left a closed-door meeting with the House Republican Conference. House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, R-Louisiana, also seemed confident that the bill would pass.

CBS News radio just stated that Republicans have the votes to pass this, and that the voting should begin within the hour.
Many middle class didnt qualify for subsidies..same will be true this time.
Sorry about your MS struggles. I hope you have good group insurance coverage.
I don’t see how anyone with any medical conditions - pre-existing or not - could manage to pay the premiums and deductibles under ObamaCare. And TrumpCare too.
I have a sense this will pass. I also have a sense that this is connected to Mr. Trump’s decision to pipe down about the Continuing Resolution. He’s not going to give something unless he gets something, and I think this is it.
Well, if you listen to the RATS, we’re intentionally starving little sick children, making old people sell their homes and all this for ... (drum roll) ... tax cuts for the rich.
ZZZZZZZ. This won’t play and I think they know it.
BTW : Does anyone know what this bill says?

Nope. But if it passes - it will be hung up in the Senate. Where maybe we can all see what is in it.
Maybe.

You’re not alone in thinking that. ‘Art of the Deal’ may apply here.
Was the Constitution amended in 1964/65?
I don’t see medical or health insurance under Art. 1 Section. 8?
Ultimately, every elected rep/Senator and the executive branch have an oath of office to keep.
That would be common sense — the devil is in the details.
Well, if you listen to the RATS, were intentionally starving little sick children, making old people sell their homes and all this for ... (drum roll) ... tax cuts for the rich.

Addition: According to Queen Nancy, anyone who supports this bill is now racist, too.
Even good insurance isn’t so good anymore. Sometimes I feel like a pin cushion, Sometimes I feel I’m being treated like a cash machine. It’s all gone terribly wrong. Whew, there I go venting again! Sorry and thanks for listening :)
She was ecstatic over the last Ryan bill, too — even though it was a piece of crap. At this point I would assume that she’s a paid shill for the health insurance industry.
why can’t .gov just deem the insurance companies back into the marketplace.

The Senate is definitely where the fun is! Man, are they in a bind.
Well, she certainly wasn’t a “paid shill for the insurance industry” with 0Care, but things may have changed. Which seems odd.
> That particular outcome would be the worst of all for the GOP.
It IS the outcome.
By amending ACA they now own it.
How long does this loopy bitch Pelosi get to prattle on?
OK good I get to watch.Thanks simpson96.
I heard her interviewed on the radio a few months ago, and she did a magnificent job giving a detailed explanation of all the things that were causing ObamaCare to collapse. Then she came out and strongly supported Ryan’s AHCA even though it didn’t fix a single thing that she had identified previously as the core of ObamaCare’s flaws. Take that for whatever you will.
