Ivanka Trump said resettling Syrian refugees in the United States should be “part of the discussion.”
“I think there is a global humanitarian crisis that’s happening,” Ivanka — who serves as a special assistant to her father — said during an interview with the “Today” show. “And we have to come together and we have to solve it.”
When asked if that means letting Syrian refugees into the United States, Ivanka said, “That has to be part of the discussion, but that’s not going to be enough in and of itself.”
Donald Trump signed an executive order in March that would require the Department of Homeland Security to review its screening procedures while suspending the refugee admissions program for 120 days. The order temporarily bars the citizens of Sudan, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia and Yemen from entering the United States for 90 days, but it did not include the blanket ban on Syrian refugees like his first version of the order did.

New Years Eve, when the family was on Tv iI think in imes square...Ivanka stated that the whole world would know the Trump brand....and they missed the ball dropping while speaking so almost as it came down....
I think theres a video of that moment because I listened to it several times and was truly angry she saw this Presidency as a way to sell their Brand at that time. But that did give me a heads up.
Now I’m not commenting about Ivanka as I am because I wish to discredit her or Trump....I just am very guarded now in references to what I see as her personal agenda to facilitate feminist issues when frankly she’s never had to experience their supposed limitations in her own life....and is using her father’s coat tails to establish her ambitions and asperations for power and influence.

Well it gives me no pleasure in doing so....I did not draw m y conclusions without careful observation of Ivanka’s speech and behavior going back to reviewing when she first took the stage in this election of her father. The consistency is there but
greatly veiled.

Well for one who failed to register to vote it makes one deeply wonder just what her ambitions are.....although she called herself an Independent voter she had still failed to register.
It's not surprising to me she is advancing her feminist political interests....and she won't see what we do because she is an elites....like many who thing the rest of the world needs rescuing from themselves.
I was more than willing to give her the benefit of the doubt...and did....but her recent trip to the G-20 summit, what she spoke there, and even the fact she showed up simply confirmed my misgivings regarding her....and this much to my dismay.
Yep—talking about how we are the last advanced nation not to have the sort of parenting leave imposed on our employers that she wants sounds very much about Obama whining about us every time he went abroad.

It’s certainly not going to “empower” middle and working class women to have refugees plunked down in their middle of their communities without so much as a by-your-leave. Just consider all the women-and children-who have assualted, raped, and murdered by the “refugees”. Ivanka and the elites will never put these refugees in their own communities and subject themselves or their children to this.
So I don’t think she’s being stupid, she’s being dishonest, like the rest of them. They know full well that they intend to inflict upon us that to which they will never subject themselves or their children, their children’s schools, their property values, etc.
But they’ll virtue-signal by proxy by dumping them on us.
