Oh sure. Two Bushes, a Clinton and an Obama had a combined 28 years to get control of the border — in any way, let alone building a wall. And here Trump has spent a whole 100 days and hasn’t gotten it done.
(Unfortunately, I feel compelled to add that: yes, I’m being sarcastic!)
Of course no border wall is going to get “done” in 100 days. But it should get started. Instead Trump has retreated from even getting it funded.
Until that changes the centerpiece of his campaign remains an empty promise.
