Republican leadership is looking to fund Planned Parenthood in their latest spending bill but not the Trump border wall.
Could these lawmakers be any more out of touch with their base? CNS News reported:
“ When Donald Trump stood in the lobby of Trump Tower on June 16, 2015 and announced he was running for president, he told all who listened to “mark” his words.
“I would do various things very quickly,” Trump said.
“I would repeal and replace the big lie, Obamacare,” he said.

…Congress faces an April 28 deadline to pass a new government funding bill.
There is currently no talk that it will include language to prohibit funding of Planned Parenthood.
But there is talk that it will not include the language that President Trump has requested to provide $1.4 billion to begin his project to build “a great, great wall on our southern border.”
The Republican House can pass and send to the Republican Senate a bill that funds the border wall but not Planned Parenthood. Or they can pass one that funds Planned Parenthood but not the border wall.
The former course of action would fulfill the campaign promises that got their president elected. The latter would appease congressional Democrats and the liberal press.
So, which will it be?

Ryan and Trump!
Trump wants a budget not a shutdown.
I am sure someone advised him.
Budget will look like a CR.
They do this and they can kiss their re-elections goodbye and the democrats will have the majority.
If the wall isn’t funded then I’m done with the GOP.
And they are funding insurance companies in obamacare.
If Ryan is not primaried, it is vital for conservatives to cross over and vote for the dem just to put a bullet in the head of his political career. That action is nauseating and repugnant, but is the last recourse in an extreme case. He is so bad this is justified.
I don’t see where President Trump is at fault in any of this...he has worked his butt off with no help from anyone other than his people and his supporters...
To have anything done, you have to first go through the House of Representatives, then on to the Senate and if those people there don’t have the balls to do anything, how can you possibly blame President Trump for this...unless of course your a ‘fair weathered’ bird that really didn’t believe in President Trump in the first place...
Go ahead all you ‘pearl grabbing, couch fainting’ turn coats, put in the democrats and completely cut your own throats, that is what your wanting, so go ahead and do it, but don’t come back and start crying...you did it by not stand up and standing with Our President that We Trump Supporters are supporting...
It makes no sense to expect anything from Paul Ryan other than liberalism, globalism, and frankly Marxism. This includes deceptiveness, lies, cheating and stealing.
You need to pay better attention to who Trump is.
I’ve already posted this in other threads, but I was told today (I work at a military base) that the demand for the wall has been dropped. I know nothing about Planned Parenthood but if it’s funded and the wall isn’t Trump and the GOP will likely suffer huge ramifications.
He has the power of the veto.
WHAT you don’t understand, President Trump has signed a bill not to fund Planned Parenthood!!! And President Trump has the support for the wall, it’s the Representatives and the Senators that don’t want it!!!

I am going to give them the FY 2018 budget cycle. No CR's...I want a budget with everything we've been promised.
If the congress doesn't deliver...I am done with them in 2018.
I will give Trump until 2020 to achieve the objectives he promised. If he doesn't...then I am done with the whole lot. I will then wait for the leftist to drive the country into the dirt and we can rebuild after the revolution.
And yes...I'm serious...because I am that fed up. We've been lied to by the GOP since Bush.

It says here ryan is funding planned parenthood but the Times article says states don’t have to give federal money to planned parenthood.
Is ryan funding women’s services or PP directly?
Thank you for posting that...I hope people will read it so they know that President Trump is NOT for Planned Parenthood...
