Absolutely. If this continues, the RINOs can expect to be primaried by patriots who aren’t afraid to do what the people elected them for.

Yeah, but where are we going to walk to?

But she brings to mind a larger point about the Republican Party.

They haven’t changed. Just cause Trump was elected; the GOP-e still remains The Stupid Party.

Someone put it this way a few days ago...

The Republicans hold the House, the Senate, the White House and now even the Supreme Court.

Yet the Democrats still hold the power.

If it’s not in there, Trump shouldn’t sign it or he’s accountable too.

I think people need to start realizing that politicians do not work for the people anymore. They are working for global and corporation interests, pure and simple. If people can finally realize that one key concept, then the people who need to be Washington making laws would be there and the global and corporate cronies would be the ones crying, instead of “average mom and pop USA.”

I think I will Fedex a concrete block to Ryan. A few thousand of those would clog up the House mail room.

It’s not just “RINOs” though. A lot of movement conservatives here on FR are saying we don’t need a wall. The new line from some of these types around here is that illegal immigration is not important compared to confronting Iran and North Korea. They are saying the wall can wait and that those demanding a wall are against the troops.

Trump ran on three main issues that set him apart from other Republicans. One he promised a hardline crackdown on illegal immigration and less legal immigration(Cruz, the “trucon” candidate was pro-amnesty and wanted to increase legal immigration when the campaign started). Two, he indicated a less interventionist foreign policy to a rather extreme degree compared to what mainstream conservatives have mostly supported. Three, he supported protectionist economic measures to help American workers. It was people who voted for Trump because of these three breaks with mainstream conservative orthodoxy who gave Trump the winning margin that McCain and Romney didn’t have. Especially in states like MI, WI and PA where protectionist and isolationist sentiment are strong.

If Trump goes back on his campaign positions to embrace orthodox beltway conservatism — soft on immigration, interventionist abroad and continuing the current trade policies, he will be crushed in 2020 in an epic landslide and probably take much of the GOP Congress with him. Younger Americans are giving the GOP and conservatives one last chance to chart a new course away from globalism. If we fail, there is going to be a splintering of the political right in the US like what we see in Europe.

Exactly. They expect us to believe they can’t find a way to build a wall with all the money they spend every year on BS?

The problem is we vote in what claim to be “patriotic” Americans and then they do an about face and cross the aisle with pockets wide open.

Absolutely. If this continues, the RINOs can expect to be primaried by patriots who aren’t afraid to do what the people elected them for.

That's a Romney at RNC. That is the Uniparty in charge. Whatever primary you think is gonna happen will be a scam just like the Georgia seat with countless vote splitters to ensure the safety of the designated RINO. It would take a Herculean ( Trumpian ) effort to beat that ploy which is exactly why there are 200+ RINOs in the House today.

This was the first and perhaps costliest mistake that President-Elect Trump made. In exchange for taking Rinse Penis into the White House he should have hand-picked his replacement. And that replacement should have been Sarah Palin. And she would have ensured primaries for all 435 House seats regardless of their seniority and prestige.

I don't know how this Romney got herself in there but it must have happened when Trump was meeting with Mitt. This single mistake means the Uniparty can just wait out the Trump administration. Maybe 2 or 3 million people doing the TEA rallies would help, but what good will it do if there is no candidate on the ballot worth voting for?

Whatever this Romneyette said to Laura on the radio was for public consumption only. They talk a big game when they have nothing to lose, and right now they have nothing to lose. She no more believes in the wall than she does the Second Amendment.
