It seems the 9th Circuit judges are at best insane.
Impeach this liar.
Did you read the part, immediately after, where I said Trump gets to appoint dozens of new judges to the old and the new circuit?
No, I don’t have much faith in the Ryan Progressive Congress. Trump would have to force them to do it. Their sponsors in the CofC don’t have much of a concern about jurisdictional issues, though, so it might be possible, if they could get over the screams from the Washington Post.
The problem is like with ObamaCare. For how many years did the disgusting HOR 'pubs say they were going to defund it "after they use it as a campaign issue". It's us they used.....it never got defunded.
What's my point? The more time the anti-sovereignty maniacs have to think of ways (and oh yeah buy pols off) to stop President Trump from saving the US from invasion, the less likely the invasion will be stopped. President Trump and his team (the handful who actually support his agenda) need to find a way to reverse these injunctions NOW.
Yes, that is the flaw of lots of Trump’s efforts. The wall, taxes, Obamacare. He will have to figure out how to wean Congress off the teat of the big business special interests. And probably, have to get rid of Paul Ryan. I don’t think he can be reformed.
Just like when tbe telemarketers call.
I become any number of “Stays in Vegas” characters or start speaking spanish, tagolog, etc.
I once pretended to speak Klingon.
A couple judicial impeachment scalps would do wonders.
WE should demand repeal of the 17th Amendment and be done with anti-9th and 10th Amendment judges.
And NOW Napolitano is the Dean of Berkeley.
Napolitano announced she would leave her post as Secretary of Homeland Security at the end of August 2013 to become president of the University of California system. She was appointed the 20th president of the University of California by the UC Board of Regents on July 18, 2013, and began her tenure as president on September 30, 2013.President Napolitano has received criticism from the UC student body for making more than the United States President while proposing increases in tuition to compensate for the decrease in state support while providing a raise to 15 of the most highly paid executives at UC. University of California students have also protested “against Napolitano’s approval of immigration issues and her lack of experience in education.”
