Don’t know who/whom has standing to place lawsuits on the 700 or one judge as is necessary. Is this simply a Congressional matter that Congress is failing to act upon? If is as I suspect and is a Congressional matter then we can call it the 535 problem?

Read the statement. They will pursue all legal ways....i.e. an appeal

This will turn into a win for Trump. The public views the judge as a liberal democrat, and the public strongly opposes the entire concept of sanctuary cities and states. This ruling also makes the voters aware of the critical importance of who nominates and confirms federal judges and new justices on the SCOTUS. Eventually after serious damage is done to the democrats, this case will go to the SCOTUS and the administration should win it there.

There are about 110 lower judicial vacancies that need to be filled. Trump and the Republicans should move to fill them immediately with Constitutionalist jurists so this kind of crap cannot propagate.

The ones to blame for this is Congress which has the power under the Constitution to strip the federal judiciary of jurisdiction on any issues it wants under the Exceptions Clause.

They also appointed these activist Judges.

Come 2018 remove the DIABLOS who will not help our president in the Primaries (Diablo means Democrat In All But Label Only).

As far as I’m concerned, there is NOTHING the Republican Congress does that matters until they begin to roll back the abuses of the political judiciary.

NOTHING.

Congress? They would not even give Trump .035% of the federal budget to fund the border wall. And this is Republicans we are talking about. And you think that Congress is going to smack down these rogue judges and judicial districts to help President Trump?

And the radicalized judiciary was strengthened under Obama.

Is this a 9th Circuit “Police State” shaping up for America?
This needs to be stopped.

Rest assured, it would require an "Immigration" level revolt from the public before they would even admit judicial malfeasance is a problem.

Mr. President - time to have Mr/ Sessions start prosecuting and punishing those who run the sanctuary cities - let’s see how some of the pet “judges” try to respond to that.

The law, signed into effect by AG Loretta Lynch, states that the feds can require reimbursement of past payments to these sanctuary cities.

They will not go easily

First the Ninth Circuit rules against the ban & now it hits again on sanctuary cities-both ridiculous rulings. See you in the Supreme Court!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 26, 2017

How do you level an injunction against NOT paying? Trump needs to just not pay. Let the judge and his army go to D.C. and try to seize the money by force.
