Statement from California Senate Leader on U.S. Attorney General Request
California Senate President pro Tempore Kevin de León ^ | April 21, 2017 | California Senate President pro Tempore Kevin de León

Posted on 04/21/2017 4:43:17 PM PDT by mdittmar

SACRAMENTO- California Senate President pro Tempore Kevin de León (D- Los Angeles), released the following statement responding to letters sent by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Session to the state of California, and other cities and counties, regarding compliance with immigration law enforcement. Attached is a recent letter from legal counsel for the California State Legislature on the same matter.

“It has become abundantly clear that Attorney General Sessions and the Trump Administration are basing their law enforcement policies on principles of white supremacy – not American values. Their constant and systematic targeting of diverse cities and states goes beyond constitutional norms and will be challenged at every level.”

Why does the Left think it can constantly lie

Because they know that the majority of CA voters have been so dumbed-down they can't tell a lie from the truth.

Has anyone checked De Leon's immigration status lately?

Kevin de León needs to be asked to the Whitehouse and have a sit down with the President and required to defend and substantiate his claims and why he thinks that Federal Immigration Law ... that have been in force for almost as long as this country .... have suddenly become racist.

One can always tell a Democrat is present by the childish, moronic sounds emitted from their craniums.

The racist Deleon calling white people ‘white supremacists’. How rich when Mexicans, ‘white hispanics’, are the most racist people around.

Can it be any clearer that the desire of those who support mass illegal immigration is to change the demographics of this country and reduce the white Anglo majority to a minority?

You know what’s really not funny?

A guy from Spain calling White Anglo-Saxon Protestants “racists”, lumping us all as Plantation owners.

The VERY FIRST African slaves brought to the Americas were brought by...drum roll please...the SPANIARDS. To the island of Hispaniola, now known as the Dominican Republic and Haiti. Why? Because they worked the Arawak Indians to death as slaves and ran out of them, so they needed more!!

The statement on this genocide is:

“As far as I know, the only case in history of where complete and total genocide was carried out was here on the island of Hispaniola. The entire GENS, the whole people of the native Americans of the Arawak/Taino people were wiped out. It is a horrible and astonishing story” (reference: http://www.hartford-hwp.com/archives/43a/100.html )

The SPANISH did this. Sr. De Leon’s ancestors!!

It is ABSURD that we let this smirking creep say this in our country and get away with it!!

It is a symptom of the inversion of reality in modern America that he can say it without being laughed at, because before the schools went to hell in the 1960s, EVERYONE knew it!! The phrase “Spanish Cruelty” was known to everyone and was one of the big reasons we kept the SOB’s boxed up south of the border!! And it wasn’t just the massacres at Goliad and the Alamo but the whole sordid history of their occupation of Meso-America!

And now they get to be in our government and say this BS?! And get away with it?! Because credulous MORONS from California schools got the touchy feely We Are the Weird “education”?

Unbelievable. It can and WILL be stopped.

It is extremely clear and everyone can see it. The trouble is that many refuse to accept reality and face facts.

My statement:

“It has become abundantly clear that California Senate President pro Tempore Kevin de León (D- Los Angeles) is basing his lawless policies on principles of brown supremacy – not American values. His constant and systematic calls for a rejection of the rule of law goes beyond constitutional norms and should land him in solitary confinement.”

What’s the old adage? When the law’s not on your side. attack the messenger? And throw in a charge of racism for extra measure. Note to Mr. De Leon: Hispanics are white therefore your charge of racism is ignorant.

I thought you were kidding...

Per wiki...
“De León’s true surname is Leon. He began to use de León while in college in an effort to “somehow connect” with his father, who he never knew. De León was born in Los Angeles to Andres Leon, a Guatemalan-Chinese cook, and Carmen Osorio. Both had families of their own when Kevin was born. De León grew up in the Logan Heights neighborhood in San Diego with his mother.”

So, a bastard in every sense of the word.

Only bigots such as this see white supremacy and racism when the real issue is obeying the law.

The Rule of Law and protection of the Law (constitution) is an American ideal.

If the law is not to your liking, then follow the constitutional rules for changing it - don’t just ignore it.

Take all your worthless marxist invaders from south of the border and go with them back to the hell-holes they created in their own countries...we do not need your worthless hordes of knuckle-draggers spraying graffiti on every piece of America. We welcome valuable additions to our wonderful country, but you and the scum you represent are not welcome!

HE is an illegal.

His Mother was an illegal.

Read this from (!) the Latino Caucus:

http://latinocaucus.legislature.ca.gov/news/1487705700-sacbee-untold-story-how-kevin-leon-became-kevin-de-leon

There is NO adjudication in the United States Federal court system declaring the children of illegal aliens to be citizens.

It’s NEVER been decided. No one wanted to go there.

Unless he can prove his father was a citizen, or even a lawful permanent resident, his “citizenship” is built on sand.

Why does this guy make laws for us? Who swore him in?
