Following White House press secretary Sean Spicer’s comparison of Syrian President Bashar Assad and German Chancellor Adolf Hitler, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called for Spicer to be fired.
“Sean Spicer must be fired, and the President must immediately disavow his spokesman’s statements,” she continued. “Either he is speaking for the President, or the President should have known better than to hire him.”
During his daily press briefing Tuesday, Spicer said that, in contrast to Assad’s alleged use of chemical weapons last week, “you had someone as despicable as Hitler, who didn't even sink to using chemical weapons.”

Defaming Spicer is simply a lie; a knowing lie, told with the intent to smear someone.
And that is worse than any verbal “gotcha!” moment by Spicer.
Hitler used Mustard Gas on the troops, and developed even more toxic nerve agents for the Jews, which he tested in concentration camps. This isn’t news.
1) In the context of the question and answer of the presser, Spicer was completely accurate. Hitler didn’t use chemical weapons against cities or on the battlefield.
2) If comparing Assad to Hitler is so bad everyone that called Trump Hitler must immediately step down.
What about all the MSM Nuts that repeatedly compared President Trump to Hitler? Shouldn’t they also be canned? Pelosi will no doubt be silent on that question?
Pelosi has nothing better to do than look for verbal mistakes made with no malice? And she should spare us the faux outrage.

There ought to be a competition held in the halls of Congress, to see who can knock over people faster while running to a microphone: Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer.
Spicer ineptly compared tactical use of chemical weapons and wasn’t probably thinking about gassing Jews.
Regardless, it was unnecessary. He’s apologized, Move on Nancy.
An aside: I saw a TV documentary on Hitler that traced his early roots. In the film, as a WWI trench soldier he had a large handlebar-like moustache. When he tried to don his mask in a mustard gas attack, the moustache caused it to leak and he was dosed and had a rather bad time of it. They implied that was the reason for his famous cropped moustache later....
Spicer is not up for this job. He needs to be replaced by someone far more competent.

I agree. Spicer looks to be way out of his league. Trump needs a real bulldog up there dealing with these scum “reporters.”

Go look back a the history of the product....it was invented in California in the 1880s for infestation problems. The Germans copied the formula and made it better.
