Former President Barack Obama’s national security adviser Susan Rice ordered U.S. spy agencies to produce “detailed spreadsheets” of legal phone calls involving Donald Trump and his aides when he was running for president, according to former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova.
“What was produced by the intelligence community at the request of Ms. Rice were detailed spreadsheets of intercepted phone calls with unmasked Trump associates in perfectly legal conversations with individuals,” diGenova told The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group Monday.
“The overheard conversations involved no illegal activity by anybody of the Trump associates, or anyone they were speaking with,” diGenova said. “In short, the only apparent illegal activity was the unmasking of the people in the calls.”
Other knowledgeable official sources with direct knowledge and who requested anonymity confirmed to TheDCNF diGenova’s description of surveillance reports Rice ordered one year before the 2016 presidential election. . .

All of which produce records, reports, manloading charts, etc., etc., ad infinitum..

Sounds like this diGenova needs to be bought up in front of a Federal Grand Jury (if Sessions ever assembles one) along with #Ricelies and see what else needs to be uncovered.
This Obama Administration needs to be punished for what it has done for not only what it has been caught doing to the Trump election team but what it has done to President Trump. President Trump did not need this happening to his fledgling administration. He was trying to get it up and running and at every turn either he was being stabbed in the back by the Democrats or the #neverTrumpers.

But here is the dilemma... Testify before congress is all fine, take the 5th, lie etc, but congress cannot prosecute. Now if the Trump DOJ goes after them, then it looks like incoming admin persecuting the outgoing political enemy which is banana republic all over again.
Maybe just having the crimes exposed in public testimony to congress will try this matter in the “court of public opinion” and let the damage to these people and the Dems via campaign talking points happen. 2018 blow out in the mid terms and re-election in 2020 should put the Dems in the dust bin of history and the Cold Civil War will be over.

Maybe Trump needs to declare no confidence in Comey. If he doesn’t quit it will be 100% proof he is staying on to gum up the works and cover everyone’s ass on the Left. If that happens Trump / Sessions need to find an alternative way to conduct the investigation.
