If you listen to Intel Committee Chair Devin Nunes public interviews in the exact time-line sequence, from March 22nd to now, a clear picture emerges.
The “tipster” source is unknown. However, the actual intelligence report(s) he reviewed, which contained the unmasked surveillance information, was simply President Obama’s daily intelligence Briefing(s).
It appears, most likely, someone (aka mysterious tipster), simply told Nunes which dates to review. Hence the Executive Branch SCIF was utilized. The ACTUAL intelligence product itself was the Executive Office Presidential Daily Intelligence Briefing.
Most likely a Clapper (ODNI), Rogers (NSA), Comey (FBI Counter Intel), and Brennan (CIA) work product. Remember, President Obama preferred written intel briefings which he reviewed from his secure iPad.
Reconciling the intelligence report that Nunes reviewed was actually the Presidential Daily Briefing (intel work product) also explains all the variant political concern angles.
Now wouldn’t That be something. An open and shut case. Clapper, Brennan and Obama. Next case. . . Hillary on deck.
It was Nixon’s wanting everything Record that was his downfall. Obama’s downfall may be his wanting his intelligence briefings written down.

If they haven't been edited, and he knows where to look, then yes. It may have been that Rogers from the NSA warned Trump and told him where to look, which then caused the famous Trump tweet that started all of this. President Trump directly accused Obama of wiretapping him. Not the NSA, not the FBI. That accusation would make sense if President Trump saw the briefings intended for Obama.
I certainly don't know but my guess is they probably are, kind of like a reference file. Maybe it was Trump who discovered the files and saw the surveillance data first hand!
In any event, Comey needs to arrest himself.

Have to remember Hillary’s “we’ll all hang if he gets elected” and remember Obama multiple times, on camera, saying he continues to believe Trump would never be President. No one thought he would win. And now Schumer is trying to take out Nunes from the committee. Seems like some people are getting really scared and desperate. Watch now as they attack Devin Nunes nonstop. Ryan needs to ignore that flake.
If that.committee investigation was shut down tomorrow, President Trump could have redacted versions of those daily briefings posted on the White House website within hours.
